You like to call people names because it makes you feel better? It is a fact that those you call people names do such to make themselves feel better.

 

I saw Euro fighters treated like dogs in America. It's a shame. They were lied about for years. I have supported many black fighters in the past. Hopkins was discriminated against when he was a middleweight, saw him testify in Congressional hearings. He was one of my favorite middleweights because he really was treated badly by the powers-that be in boxing, yet overcame it. Hagler was a truly great champion, I have great respect for him and love his acting career in Italy. Tyson was discriminated against badly, long story. He was one of my favorite fighters of all time, his career was shortened by King and I believe politics ( some prosecutors of a certain party) My problem is all the bias against Euro fighters. I have seen it so much.

I worked like a dog for Obama because I believe in what he stands for. Obama does not trash talk, is extemely intelligent. I really was a former chair person for consumer protection NAACP. No joke. I am very hard headed whenever I am told I have to like certain fighters. I loved Eddie Futch (Papa Smurf) when I was in Bowe's camp, sometime back. To see Mayweather fans cut him down just because he trained Roach made me sick. Futch was a great trainer, one of the best in boxing history and a truly good man. Very respectful to everyone. There are many Black people whom I truly respect and always will. They are very good people. I guess that American fighters are promoted in America so much that I feel that Euro fighters are always the underdog, but so many Euro fighters really work hard for what they accomplish and deserve some credit. I would really love to see a truly level playing field for everyone. There is an boxing incident that made me very, very angry in the past. Will not go into it now. The old saying that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" holds true.

Ali was a true great. He did some trash talking, but he had a reason and there is only "one" Ali. He was greater than boxing, and for good reason. Obama is more important than boxing as well, believe me. Things are not always as they sometimes seem.

I get crap from all sides because I say it like it is. Sometimes I say something to elicit a response. Many of my posts are crazy and meant to be such. I am very progressive Democrat. People can say what they want, but I know myself. In no way am I a racist, but some posters make me sometimes feel like saying such. Always remember that boxing is a sport. It does not make a country great as does the entire people of a country. We are all within the same boat and I fear that boat is rapidly sinking. Posting on forum is fun, but it's not life or death. People's real lives are life and death. Thousands dying because of no health care, for example, or needless wars for the "military industrial complex" to make the rich richer.

If you knew me, for real, you would laugh. I can understand why some would misunderstand me. It's OK though. I will keep fighting for social justice no matter what I am called. Just a question, what if pac countered with say a 20 day cut off date but floyd refused and sticks with his 14 days, should floyd be blamed more just bcoz team pac was the last one to make the offer and team floyd was the last to decline? On inconsistencies, well im not surprised with that bcoz that happens with everyone, i mean is dlh, floyd , mosley, you, me etc not guilty of it? It only proves that their inconsistent but not does not necessarily mean that thay are hiding something or whatever one would like to think. My take is basically this, both men does not fully want to fight each other, pride ruined the negotiation, and both willingly walked away from the biggest payday of their careers. They could have saved it but they didnt...

Being tested right after the fight does not matter because the peds could be out of your system by then. for example.

Just because the peds are not longer in your system does not mean they did not help you get where you are physically and even mentally.

Supposse i can only bench 180 and take some ped's then my bech press goes up to 250 when i come off i will maintain most of that strength and will have the choses drug out of my system. I know boxing is different than weight training but i'm just tying to give an example of how Ped's work. This is why Random is so key here not scheduled test which are a joke. Manny offered scheduled test. He is a cheater!!! oh and so is ariza!!

After a hard workout in the morning trainer Freddie Roach asked him to ease up and have a light workout in the Wild Card Gym in preparation for what conditioning expert Alex Ariza said “will be a long sparring session tomorrow (Thursday in LA.)”
Ariza told us that “everything is going really well” and that Wednesday was the first day that Pacquiao “went to the track after the leg injury last weekend and he looks a hundred percent.”
Ariza said that since Pacquiao had a hard day on Tuesday when he sparred ten rounds and then a hard workout on the track, trainer Freddie Roach “talked to him to having a light workout and preparing for a tough sparring session on Thursday” although there was no definite word on who his sparring partners would be.

To all the dumba$$es that think a test after or even right before the fight will be accurate.:stfu

It doesn't take a genius to know that you can take a drug and get the **** out of your system in a matter of time, and 14 days must not be enough time to do so...I don't know if Manny's using or not, and I really don't care, but I really wish you all on both sides of the arguement would STFU and at least educate yourself to more than what was said before even commenting on somethings.

 

Freddie, you should just have stayed quiet on this issue. You have put your fighter in a tough spot.

 

Damn, I didn't know Freddie Roach had to submit to a blood test as well. Props to Freddie for willing to accept the 5 day window.
