Pac's team has been saying different **** each day. What the hell does that have to do with Pac not liking a test so close to the fight. We get that... nobody is asking him to do a test a day of the fight. Pac said anything outside of 3 days was fine anyway. Besides, I'm not referring to that. He made excuses, and he and his team have repeatedly dangled concessions in front of everybody's faces. Manny first said he was concerned about them taking blood in the last couple days leading up to the fight. Roach said five days would be acceptable. Now Floyd is offering a cutoff for random blood at 14 days before the fight, and Team Pacquiao is apparently now stuck on 24 days. Meanwhile we have Bob Arum out there lying his ass off to the media about the mediation proceedings. They're being very inconsistent, and that's the whole point of this thread.

No it isn't, The best way to catch a cheat is just before the fight especially if the tests are random. If a guy knows when he is getting tested he can easily pass a drug test like so many others have done in the past.
