It's because those guys are either Hatton or PBF fans. Hatton fans are scared that Pac will add Hatton to his KO victims list. PBF Fans are threatened coz if Pac wins all these fights, Pac will replace PBF as #1 P4P.
Not a fan of either fighter. And you yourself among many other Pacfans have admitted that he is fighting for money now, not legacy, and that's what those fights are about. Very few people believe he could win not because they hate him, but because he has very little chance of doing so. In your estimation PacD, is every person who picks against a fighter a hater? Are they also fans of the fighter they pick to win? Sometimes people pick a fighter to win because he has the most logical chance to. Pacquiao has little chance of beating Hatton.
You said I am worthless when I said Nonito beats Darchinyan. You're proven wrong. This is Roach talking, the guy who trains Pac. The guy who takes Pacs Punches in the mitts everyday in Training. Roach knows His fighter's ability. He knows Pac has a very good Chance of beating Hatton. This fight will Happen..Mark my word.
So every trainer that says his fighter has a chance to beat another fighter should be taken seriously? What if Hatton's trainer comes out and says Hatton will destroy Pacquiao? Then what.....we have a quite a conundrum on our hands then, cuz Hatton's trainer trains his fighter every day and knows what HE is capable of.
Pac is fighting for Money & also for Legacy. Don't you think Pac's ATG status will move up if he beat Hatton??? That's what Great fighter do. Fighting bigger Challenges each time out. So what you want Pac to do??? Just fight Guzman or Valero at 130 or fight J Diaz at 135 & Hatton at 140??? Which one you think he'll achieve more in terms of greatness??? I didn't say Hatton & PBF fans are all haters. I just say they are threatened by what pac could accomplished. Haters are those who never appreciate Pac even though Pac has proven them wrong.
But there is no way Pacquiao is suited for 140, and personally I believe that he's in over his head at 135. The odds of him beating Juan Diaz are very slim. The reason we say he's looking to cash out is that there are viable opponents at 130 available to him (Guzman, Valero, and obviously Marquez), but he's talking about going up to absurd weights and making big money fights that just aren't realistic. I wouldn't blame him if he retired after Marquez, but moving up to 140 or trying to get a Hoya fight is ridiculous. He'll do nothing but embarrass himself. And I am a Pacquiao fan, although admittedly not as much of one as I was several years ago. I'm afraid Morales II was his highpoint, and everything now is the post-prime version.
No, you made a blanket statement and I treated it as such. You just did so again. I doubt many Hatton or PBF fans give a moments thought to Pacquiao unless you talk about him. I think it's you who are annoyed at PBF's position. The potential fight against Hatton and DLH are money fights. They are not for legacy. When a fighter is fighting for legacy, he fights against other great fighters he has a decent chance to win against, knowing it will increase his greatness if he wins. When a fighter targets a fighter he knows he has little chance of beating, especially when the size difference is so great, he is no longer looking to fight for legacy, but for the money gained even though he knows he will lose. There is a clear and obvious line, and going after fighters 2 weight classes above you, when you have already moved up 6 weight classes is clearly about the money. Fighting Guzman is better for his legacy because he has the chance to win. Diaz isn't as bad of a jump as Hatton is.
Well... Roach has a track record when it comes to Pac. He's seldom been wrong with Pac predictions. He even Put his own money on Pac. Hatton coach is different, In PBF-Hatton 24/7 he said "No Fu*king way we could lose this fight"...well he's proven way way off. It's not only Roach picking Pac to beat Hatton. It's Pacdbest too. I openly said in the past that hatton is made for Pac. Way before this matchup was even brought up by the Promoters.
I don't see Manny Pac fighting Hatton, let alone beating him. He hasn't even shown he can fight @ 135 yet.
Really? So what was Roach's prediction for Pacquiao-Morales 1? Did he predict he would lose? I didn't think so. His track record isn't perfect. You say Hatton's trainer is different because he wrongly predicted what his fighter would do once in his entire career? Seems to me they are on even footing if that is the criteria. I would guess that Hatton's father has an even better track record in predicting his sons fights, seeing as how ALL trainers predict their fighter will win, and Hatton has only lost one fight and has no draws. That is horrible reasoning, but if you would like to go with it, be my guest.....it favors my argument. This is simply arrogant.
now you're losing me. Kudos for Pacquiao for taking on any fighter and getting the most out of it. "If it doesn't make money, it doesn't make sense" Its not a matter of ducking or cementing their legacy. Pac's already done that by destroying the 3 amigos. he finishes off marquez, game over. Pacquiao's shelf life is like you said, a year and a half. He might his wall up against Marquez, depending on how grueling the fight will be. KG, when you make all that money that's thrown at him, you'd fight whoever they put in front of you. Pac ain't afraid of nobody.
We are not talking about the same thing. Very few people outside his trainer and PacDbest give Pacquiao a chance against Hatton and DLH (or Mayweather). I doubt he really thinks he can beat those guys either. He is simply looking for the most money after the JMM fight. He could care less if he wins or loses. That's called cashing out. He is not trying to cement his legacy with these fights.....
How Moronic is your statement KG.:-( When Pac moved up in weight to fight MAB he was 4-1 underdog. He's basically thought to have no chance for an upset. But Pac beats the odds & he did just not won the fight. He wins very very BIG in a lopsided Fashion. That fight makes the Pac we have today, The Great fighter we enjoy today. Basing in your statement, if Pac happens to just stay at 122 & just fight the fight he can win with likes of Larios, Vasquez, & Rafa, it means he's fighting for legacy. Where is the risk & Challenge in those fights compare to the MAB fight???? This what Pac is trying to do with these coming fights, moving up to the next level. I guarantee you, Pac will dominate Hatton.
Pac's lucky KG isn't his accountant or manager. KG..you should counsel Zahir Raheem's career. TImeout PacD..is there a fighter out there that Pac loses too by brutal KO in your crystal ball? This content is protected e's never a such thing.
