If Pac wins and decides to retire, Floyd has no other choice but to fight the almost 40 year old Mosley or that tall guy.

Cat and mouse, people. Fight has to happen if Pacquiao beats Cotto.

Roach is fine with that, Pacman may be fine with that, Floyd may be fine with that but FANS like us will never be FINE with That.

Roach is a smart man. He knows PBF would make the "indestructable" Pac image disappear.
Its funny after the JMM fight Roach has shut up about wanting to fight PBF like he did before.

Floyd is a businessman. In that sense he "needs" Manny. It's the lowest risk/highest payout available.

well...we will have to wait an see..what...pac/cotto ppv..numbers are first..and if.....

    they arent near pbf/jmm...then pac...wont get 50/50...

if its more or the same....then 50/50....

they should do it like rjj/hopkins

50/50..if the fight goes the distance....

    60/40....to the winner..if ko/tko

That's what I am thinking too. It's nothing but strategic negotiation. It may be true that Pac is retiring to run for congress but I think he will fight one more time, an easier one, after Cotto.:good

Roach has been saying a lot of stuff lately it's confusing at this point. A while ago he said they don't need Mayweather then changed to it "we need him" and now it's "don't need him again".

If he wants him to retire then that's his choice, Roach is a legend and deserves to have the last word though the public would appreciate a direct answer as he's always known to provide.

Roach is a hypocrite. I don't even like to hear what he has to say anyway.

Roach is negotiating through the media, that's all and although the flip-flopping can get annoying, I'd figure a fan of Floyd Mayweather would be tolerant to such behavior.

Roach is already setting it up to get Manny out of this fight. Him and Manny want none of Floyd..

I'll say this again. If Pac loses to Cotto, he's done. If he wins, he might want one more fight and that is with PBF. The guy is done with boxing and has plenty of money. He's proven himself already, nothing else to prove. Win or lose, he does not really belong in the welter division, all this for money.

Roach may not want the fight, but Pac is a warrior and willing to face anybody - Floyd included.
