He wouldn't have to ask for the commission to take the tests they already do. Him stating that would indicate additional testing.

My immediate thought as well. don't know how many interviews i saw with freddy where he said floyd didnt run the sport or make the testing policy. if what this thread states is true we know that its manny and co that run the sport.

 

its never an issue of drug test, but of drawing blood too close to fight, and that was during the first negotiation. Pac already agreed to anything Floyd want.
