Roach insists on pre-fight Mosley drug test

I don't see a problem with the request, just as I didn't see a problem when Floyd requested it. They want to ensure a level playing field. Only difference is that Pac and Roach called it unfair and unnecessary, and now they want it saying it's reasonable?

Let's see. Suspicion but no proof. Doesn't that apply to both Manny and Shane?

My problem isn't with the request, as I think it's more than fair and should be done, the problem is that they have acted like it was beyond reason to ask for such things, you and many like you, have come here repeating the same "talking points" that Team Pac steadily uses to imply PBF is unreasonable for asking such things, and somehow ducking the fight.

 

Roach training multiple fighters that have been busted for performance enhancing drugs doesn't substantiate him and his fighters being questioned? I agree Mosley should take the tests, and if Manny doesn't want to test he should distance himself from Roach who has a history of fighters on PED's. I've seen some of you guys talking about Ward/Donaire being associated with Victor Conte, why are the same things not said about Freddie Roach, it's not my opinion that he has a history, it's a fact.

I'm sorry but I thought that this was 2010. Roach has a proven and documented history of training fighters that use PEDs. That should satisfy Floyd's curiosity too then huh?

 

Roach wanted a random test before the Margarito fight when they suspected Margarito had taken something illegal. I guess post fight testing is inadequate in Roach's book.
