If Roach really believes this...Then Name the three fighters (Malignaggi being one) that Khan will fight before fighting Timothy Bradley.

I'd say Marcos Maidana then Vivtor Ortiz.

Personally...I want to see him fight Lamont Peterson, then the winner of Juan Urango vs Devon Alexander.

That sounds plausible enough, I guess. Roach just wants more time before putting him in with a banger like Maidana to make sure he's not getting caught at all. Maidana's gotta hit harder than Prescott.

I'm just assuming Alexander beats Urango in dominant fashion and unifies, in which case I would LOVE to see a further unification bout with Khan and Alexander. That'd be perfect to set up Bradley. Think we could actually have all four titles unified. But this is politics and boxing and I doubt that's going to happen. I think probably Maidana and Ortiz is more likely.

This might be very good strategy from roach but it depends on how he fairs against mallinaggi.

All of what you mentioned would be THE PERFECT SCENARIO.

But you're right..the combination of Politics and the Idiot Heirarchy of Boxing will ruin this.

But I am excited to see the solid list of 140lbs fighters that could challenge all those belt-holders (Alexander, Khan, Urango, Bradley and Maidana)

    Kendall Holt
    Undefeated Dominican prospect Victor Cayo
    Mike Alvarado
    Lamont Peterson
Anthony Peterson and Edwin Valero wants to move up to 140lbs
    Ricardo Torres

Just because maidana tkos a bunch of nobodys then tko's ortiz means he has huge punching power ? erm the only decent fighter he faced he lost to and it went the distance kotelnik.Maidanas win over Ortiz says more about Ortiz than it does maidana.

So who is creating the myth that maidana is some beast ? ortiz fans ?

what makes Kotelnik decent and Ortiz not decent?

That's typical ESB thinking. if Maidana beats a guy, then that guy is not decent? Why don't you go look up the pre-fight odds for that fight.

Well it stands to reason that Kotelnik is more decent than Ortiz because he beat and took maidana the distance.
Ortiz was is and was proven to be a hype job.

I reckon GoldenBoy are setting up the winner of Khan v Malignaggi to face the winner of Nate Campbell v Victor Ortiz.

no it doesn't stand to reason cause that sort of logic is not applicable in boxing

Kotelnik is a better fighter than Presscot yet look at their results against Khan.

Using your logic you could say :
"The only decent fighter Khan faced knocked him out"

Yet that sort of statement would be false.

    3 fights from Bradley eh?

Alright if Roach has his way, the three fighters would be: Erik Morales, Juan Manuel Marquez and Jesus Chavez at 140 lbs.

Realistically? It should be something similar to Malignaggi followed by the loser of Juan Urango/Devon Alexander and then a finish up with Marcos Maidana.

Not at all that was clearly a freak occurrence 99/100 times khan beats prescott but Ortiz does not beat maidana 99/100 times.

Ortiz was clearly beaten in every way against maidana it was not some freak early lucky punch.

It's not reasonable at all. That's foolish. One could then say "Well Khan got KO'd by a nobody in Prescott but beat Kotelnik. Ergo Kotelnik is a worse fighter than Prescott." That's not applicable. It doesn't even try to address the style differences in each fight.

Maidana should've gotten the decision against Kotelnik and TKO'd Ortiz. Those are the two biggest fights on his resume and he should be 2-0 in them. He's a good fighter, stop trying to dig on cement with a shovel.

That's subjective to say the least. Just because you believe it doesn't make it true.

I'm a Khan fan but let's get real here.
