Roach: Manny to agree to all of Mayweather's demands

That's kind of what I was thinking. Especially if the fight is even anywhere close.

 

I wonder why Roach says a lot of things but I can't see why he would say this unless he was confident that the fight was almost made.

With all the doubt there is surrounding the facts about this second round of negotiations, Roach would be shooting himself and his camp in the foot, if this turns out to be BS.

Speculation is rampant enough as it is.

If Mayweather fought 8 rounders we would all like the rematches, hahaha. If he fought 15 rounders there would be a ton more KOs. Too bad none of that is true.

Be honest when you quote somebody. For the record this is what Pac ACTUALLY said:

Be honest? What in the hell do you think the USADA does? Just draw blood for drawing blood's sake? No, they only draw what is needed for the testing protocol.

So can you explain in exact measurements what "only what is needed for the tests" means? No you can't! Why? Because it is arbitrary BS. Like getting a job and the boss telling you:

"As much as a person needs for a good days work."

It is arbitrary only in your mind. You are just making a mountain out of nothing. Why don't just take the literal meaning of word and stop making speculations. If the USADA needs 1 galloon of blood to conduct the test, then, pac would have to agree with it because that is what needed in the test.
