while Pacquiao's PR certainly has improved he really needs to tell Roach to stick a sock in it. This is what hurt him in the first place, having too many people from his camp talking. Look at Mayweather's camp, the man simply has 3 people talk (himself, his manager and Richard Schaffer) and they are all on the same page. Pacquiao on the other hand has had Koncz, Ariza, Roach, Arum, himself, and Du Boff talk. twice as many people and 4 times the amount of errors.

Manny is just being overly cautious, as should be. It means they cannot for some reason draw more blood than what is needed. i.e. no more than what Floyd/Shane gave the last time. Or that they cannot say they lost his blood sample and that they have to take blood from him again. Things like that.


OTT: Doubt this holds water. But in case it's true, It means they are confident in beating Floyd imo.
