    IT sounds more like Roach wanted to talk about Pac-Hatton, rather than Pac-JMM III.

    I can't really fault him for that.

    Its good for pacs legacy but when your coach is saying theyre shot it doesnt help out. Dont blame me blame the joke coach known as Roach.

    Yeah, but Roach is just hyping fights. At the end of the day, it's still Manny who fights not him.

    Whatever the coach said will be forgotten after the fight especially if his fighter wins. It's only us, mainstream boxing fans, who make a fuss out of nothing. Roach is just hyping the fights, in the same manner that Floyd Sr. is doing. Following your logic, we should chastise Floyd Sr. too for downplaying Pac's chances of beating Hatton. It's the same thing.

    I dont remember Old Money May saying Pac couldnt pull the trigger anymore or that he was shot. :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:lol::rofl:rofl Point is Freddy shouldnt be hating on Pac.

    Typical of Roach, he fears Marquez & doesnt want Manny`s little winning streak jeopordised (spell check).... but I think its gonna end when he fights Hatton then he will be begging for a JMM fight to get Pac back on track & stop the mass suicides in the Phillipines.

    So when Roach himself admits Morales was done going into the 2nd fight, he`s wrong ?.... but when he says something that makes Pac look a little better, he`s right ?

    This is probably the best post in this thread.

    I think everyone has respect for JMM and Pac...they just have their sides.

    You're absolutely correct.....Roach's disacreditation of DLH the fighter that he was training for Mayweather could no longer pull the trigger.....and it was almost two years since he had seen it himself vs Mayweather.....you would think DLH would have declined even further by then.....

    .....in any case, trainers should learn when to keep their mouths shut.
    How can Pacquiao get the desired credit due to him and his fans, if his own trainer has been saying this DLH cant pull the trigger any longer, "I've trained him, and I've seen it!"


    Kind of reminds me of Sugar Ray Leonard expressing to the media how wise he was and how he got Roberto Duran to accept an immediate rematch in the mid'st of when Roberto Duran was still celebrating his victory over him.....
    Leonard exuded how he outsmarted Duran outside the ring by offering Duran a financial purse he could never refuse at a time when he (Leonard) knew that Duran was to busy partying and still celebrating his victory over him that it would be next to impossible for Duran to come in the same shape to fight Leonard in a rematch held 6 months within their first match in Montreal.

    Through all of this, Leonard was so stupid to figure out he was taking credit away from himself for admitting that Duran was'nt as physically or mentally tough as he was the first time he faced him.:patsch
