Thing about Floyd is that he knows how to conserve his energy until he needs to use it, thats why he's never winded in his fights, very smart fighter. If Pac has a plan to let his hands go and make Floyd fight back every sec of a round and not letting Floyd get into his shell defense, I see Pac winning the exchanges.

 

I think he hits harder than Mayweather,don't agree about the speed though.

 

I would agree that Pac may be faster and is more powerful than Mayweather but that won't be enought to beat Floyd. Pac needs to come in to the fight with the correct game plan and from the sounds of Freddie I think they have a solid one. I'll still put money down on Floyd Joy but won't be surprised to see PAC win like I was with his "W" over DLH.

I think many of us would have been as confident as Roach on that outcome if we had known Oscar would fight like he had just escaped from Auschtwitz.
I'd have called that one.
The deathcamp diet did far more for Oscar than anything Roach did.

Well.....Roach didn't know and he was still as confident as he was in Manny either way. And much can be attributed to Manny and the work he did in camp to how the fight went. Sure Oscar may have been over trained but Manny showed a very tatical stategy that he implemented from the begining of the fight until the end.

Just a great overall preformance by Manny....whether or not you choose to give him or Roach crdit for how Manny preformed won't make a difference one way or the other. What we do know is Manny TKO'd DLH and did so in dominating fashion.....a preformance that warrants his present status as P4P champion and boxings poster child.

He and Roach deserve to enjoy their time at the top b/c eventually it will end.....Too many salty haters who can't be happy for someone who really deserves all he gets. Manny works hard, fights the best opposition and fights to ENTERTAIN!....not only that he's a humble SOB.

Everyone should respect Manny if nothing else, for what he's done and how we as fans have been able to witness his transformation froma lump of coal to an exquisite diamond.

 

If Roach calls this fight right, he would be the BEST TRAINER EVER

 

Roach is outta his ****ing mind. PBF is at home against the ropes he will still be able to counter pac effectively off of them. He's also smoking if he thinks Manny has faster hands than PBF.

 

Your rationale defines ignorance yet ignorance is your label of choice for others who are not inclined to bask in your moronic reasoning...BHop was the the same fighting Pavlik as he was fighting Taylor...the difference was the set of attributes that Taylor brought to the table vs Pavlik. This is why styles makes fights...When you are the slower fighter it's hard get off first...but when you can get off first you have more offensive options...It doesnt make you a different fighter at all...it just gives you the opportunity to exploit more mistakes of your opponent...

I have been in the ring, I have boxed quite a bit...enough to to know that Pac is not all of the sudden a different fighter... His footwork was not different than any other fight...He didnt add any new offensive weapons or attacks...He did look great beating a fighter who was much slower, who had did not utilize footwork to set traps and lacked the aggression needed to win the fight.

To be technical every fight has somewhat of an X factor because it's like any sport in which humans are involved...you dont know what is going to happen...not with a particular level of certainty...

As far a Pac improving yes he looks great @ 147 vs DLH...but Floyd is a smarter fighter than DLH all around...he is more veratile...he is faster, a better counter puncher, has better footwork and better stamina...so there is no evidence that suggest that a fight with Mayweather will equal the results we all witnessed vs DLH... You can spout that X factor bull****/ignorance all you like but it doent change reality...If you cant understand that then you'll understand maybe when get older...

 

if PAC has more speed and power than why make money move down in weight...and on the ropes PBF qill knock pac out with a counter...PBF is not ODLH

 

The hand speed is very much level IMO. Both Manny and Floyd are fast as ****. To say who is faster is like pulling straws.

 

co-sign..pac is just a bigger version of little pac...he fought a drained ODLH...he has added nothing but weight...he is a great fighter ...but MONEY will have his way with him....everyone has an X FACTOR til they have to fight the pretty boy....remember when hatton mocked the way PBF hits pads like it had nothing to do with actual boxing..then he got ktfo cuz pbf was so damn fast

 

obviously I am a huge fan of PBF.....but I will never count this little mutha ****er out...I had him beating ODH too and i am not a ******* haha
