PacD you seem like a good guy, so I won't insult you in anyway but can you at least wait till see how Pac does at 135 for a couple of fights before you begin with him fighting Hatton.

Its funny though. PacD foretold this way before it was even mentioned and everyone just laughed at the posibility...now it may become a reality.. Just a year ago too Pac was too light for 130 and no way would he last at 135, nows hes probably favourite in any of those fights.

As far as carrying up his speed to 135 lbs, are we really going to know?

A shot fighter like Arturo Gatti could drop down to 135 lbs and look like a speed demon against the likes of David Diaz.

I guess we can get an idea of how much power Pac can carry at 135 lbs......
.....but if Pac is never close to hurting Diaz, I'm sure the consensus from alot of the people here in this forum will be that Diaz just has a top notch chin.

Diaz is just not a good barometer, as he's not really a top caliber lightweight.

We'll just have to wait I guess, and draw our opinions when the Pac-Diaz fight comes to its conclusion.
I'm definitely willing to do that, and then respond with a better educated opinion, based on having at least viewed Pac with a bonafide natural lightweight.

Roach should focus his energy on TRAINING Pac, and let Pac's management and promoter decide who should be next...........

but the problem with lightweight at present is it is not strong. either the present title holders are old, inconsistent or not too skilled. juan diaz is a good test if he would go far at 135 but he just lost.

with that said, i feel that pac, marquez and guzman can take over the lightweight division with its current title holders.

could you comment on this? apparently, a pac-campbell fight is in the works if pac will get past diaz and campbell will win his 1st defense.

Nate is on the short list of possible opponents for Pac in the fall, but I doubt any REAL serious discussions will happen until after June 28.....

yeah i know, but arum this early, is sending news of pac's possible opponents like what he said before the marquez rematch that he wants pac to get david's belt at 135. i feel that his first option is a hatton fight and second would be a campbell fight.

and do you think that a $3M payoff is too high or just right if campbell is to fight pac? i know that as campbell's promoter, you wouldn't want to get your hopes too high but this certainly is a big possiblity right now.

Wait a minute. As I recall, the laughing was directed at his prediction that Pacquiao would WIN these fights, not at the possibility of them. At the very least, that is what I laughed at him about and I made a bet based on that very laughter.

At 140, I think Hatton beats Pacman and beats him convincingly. Manny might come into fight night at a good weight, but I don't think he's face the punch of a 140 pounder like Hatton.

Pac's Power Great from 112-130 and soon up to 135. Still doubt Pac????

Hatton Good at 140 only. At 147 he already lost it. Got KOed.
