pac sells both.. good observation though. And Roach is right, 140 is the new loaded division. Tons of people can make that weight.
If you take their fights against common opponets Oscar, Marquez, and Hatton they all made more money with PBF than with PAC. I still say 50/50 is fair though.
Mayweather has one points win over JMM and Pac a draw and a win - This is in boxrec. It's a fact. While you're there you can compare the De La Hoya and Hatton results.
"outboxed" would suggest a victory for JMM. If the judge knew that 10-6 was a proper score for a round with three knockdowns, then it would be twice Pac defeated JMM. Money got a split against Oscar, I belive Manny stopped him.
which one is it? He says Floyd needs them not vice versa, but then he says he wants Manny to leave with a victory over Floyd????? im confused
I think it will end up a 50/50 split. I just don't see either one of them giving in and taking less than the other guy.:--(
Roach is just talking crap. Manny needs to fight Floyd otherwise he'll never legitimately be able to claim p4p greatness. However I do think Floyd is going to want a lot of money to fight Pac. It may be his most dangerous fight to date and Floyd is hardly a risk taker. I think it will be very hard to put this fight together. Both fighters think they are lead negotiators and im not sure who will back down to allow the fight to be made.
50/50 my ass. Pac wouldn't fight Ricky for 50/50. he demanded more money. Facts are Facts. In facing 3 common opponents, Mayweather has far outsold Pac which proves that whatever reason (people love him or hate him) they pay to see him fight. Mayweather has proven to be the bigger draw and deserves the larger percentage. If its ok for Manny to demand more money, then its ok for Floyd to demand more money becasue he's backed by the facts.
