Actually Pac's side agreed to 14 days before that I believe... so not from 21 to 7..

But what does any of that have to do with the fact that Floyd said no cutoff or no fight? They didn't offer it and we didn't get a fight. Not much else to read into honestly.... What was your point again?

That he said that because Pac's people ONLY came with a 7 day cutoff... which WASN'T going to happen... So if not Pac, who was Floyd supposed to fight? Nobody... So he went on vacation until Pac decided to agree or someone else in the WW division made a little noise...

Koncz says the want a cutoff

Pac says he agrees and then when asked in front of big audiences or big media outlets if he agrees he just says "You have to believe I'm clean"

Floyd says they didn't agree to testing and says they still want a cutoff. Jeff Mayweather, Floyd Sr. and Roger all say he didn't agree as well and still wants cutoffs

No your timeline is off... It's articles out there about Manny 'supposedly' agreeing to the 14 days only a few days after the Mosley fight. So that was May. Arum then made comments stating Pac would be standing firm on his 24 day stance, May 4th.

Floyd didn't say he'd be taking time off until a MONTH later, June 2nd... There was a MONTH of negotiations BEFORE Mayweather stated that... And it was because he said no cutoff no fight and Pac's people were still talking about a cutoff. Seriously dude read the damn timeline thread it's links backing up ALL of it.

Because someone is lying about what's been agreed on or they are speaking about **** they don't know the details on. All it takes is Manny to hold a press conference stating what he agrees to... But that won't happen.

 

the 7 day cutoff that Koncz talked about on 24/7 was what they offer during the 2nd negotiation. (before july 2010)

Pac on an interview with B B Mayhem where he agreed to whatever Floyd wants happenened early November 2010.
