That could very well be possible. Or Roach said that thinking it was still the 14 day cutoff and not knowing that Floyd wanted testing all the way up to the fight. Roach himself wasn't involved in negotiations, so he may not know for sure

And even after it's been exposed the fans make excuses as to why we should accept the lies and try their hardest to discredit the people telling what appears to be the truth...

it's just because you're not getting the answer you want to hear. You're hanging on to something that the 2 people who don't negotiate for Pac said.

The only people you should only be listening to on this topic are Arum and Manny.

Who has EVER said Koncz ISN'T part of negotiations. Please find a quote saying this. There's numerous quotes of the opposite.

If one or both of these guys did not negotiate directly with Greenburg, of course there's going to be inconsistencies.

...and here, read this article written just after the 2nd failed negotiation which may or may not have happened (if you believe Ellerbe), tell me if Koncz name was even mentioned.

...and here's a link to the conference call transcript.

That quote doesn't say Koncz isn't involved in negotiations... He's never said he was his manager or lawyer... He DID however say he was involved in negotiations. And you've still yet to show me something saying he's not.

TBH, I can almost see Pac getting scolded by Arum and Koncz for having said that he agreed to everything in public.
The reason why this country is still third-world is because of the insane "white men knows best" mentality that still poisons the society these days.
I'm not talking about kissing ass however. It's a simple "when the white men said it, they must mean no harm and they know better than me so I better obey" kind of thought.
This is especially true in the rural areas, where Pac grew up.
Be white and flash 'em a couple of $$$ and you got their support for whatever, just don't be obviously evil about your deeds and don't meddle with their pride.
Fact is, Pac will agree to everything that his advisers will have to say unless they said it with a condescending tone or were flat out insulting Manny.

So in short, Pac agreed to everything, Roach wanted Pac to agree to everything.
Everybody else on Pac's camp -- not quite.

he is an adviser man..he advsied pac...

stop trying to beat around the bush...u have 0 sources saying Koncz doesn't negotiate AND EVEN IF U DID HAVE A SOURCE, I HAVE KONCZ IN MANY INTERVIEWS SAYING "WE AGREED TO THIS" OR "WE DIDN'T AGREE TO THIS"...

    *******s in denial:bbb:bart

Links to articles that don't mention his name don't mean he's not involved any...

    http://www.mb.com.ph/node/264553/pacquiao

“The only guys involved in the talks are Manny, (promoter) Bob Arum, and myself,” said Mike Koncz Wednesday afternoon after learning about a report in a Canadian newspaper saying that trainer Freddie Roach is certain that the Filipino would give in to the demands of Mayweather.
Koncz, who is one of Pacquiao’s top confidants, obviously disagreed with Roach’s opinion adding that “they will not be held hostage by Mayweather."

And they didn't agree to testing... like Koncz said.

    http://www.aolnews.com/2010/06/30/Mayweather-has-mid-JULY-deadline-to-accept-pacquiao-deal/

Koncz said that Arum, Pacquiao and himself have been involved in the negotiations for their side. FanHouse has learned that Mayweather, his advisers, Leonard Ellerbe and Al Haymon, and HBO's Ross Greenburg also are believed to have been involved.

"I refuse to comment on the specifics and I'm not going to discuss any terms of the agreement that we want signed. And my recommendation to Manny and to Bob Arum is that once the agreement is signed, that the terms of the agreement remain confidential also," said Koncz.

"There's nothing to say. It's right and correct that we have an agreement, but there are no documents signed. And we will not sit here and jeopardize the November 13 fight date," said Koncz. "

Sounds like he knows the specifics of the contract sent...

Oh and why would he want them to stay silent about the terms of the agreement sent?! Oh because he KNEW they didn't accept random blood testing without cutoff.. makes sense don't it...
