Mayweather out sold pacquiao on Hoya

Mayweather out sold pacquaio on Hatton

Mayweather out sold pacquaio on Marquez

and if it was mayweather fighting cotto last weekend it would have sold more too.

**** I think this was a 50/50 fight purse then and still do now. But I recognize some of the same dudes expecting it even. If Floyd was talking about sales. they'll do the same, so they'll wait til the official numbers come out before they really mention the fight.

**** Mayweather is a draw. But I think alot of that has to do with people embracing his opponents and wanting to see him lose.

Think about this PPV numbers are based in America cause it's the only place who pays that money. Floyd is from America, Manny is not, after Hoya and Hatton Pac became an American name.

I hear you. If both sides want the fight they'll end up at 50/50 which is fair for the two most recognized fighters.

Like I said, 40/40 20 to the winner. Since both parties are confident of a victory, then this should be no problem.

even if floyd is the bigger draw because people want to see him lose, doesnt mean he shouldnt be getting paid more. I'm ok with a 50/50 split and I think floyd would be too but to offer him 40% is bull****.

Different circumstances different times. A lot has changed since then..Pacquiao is the bigger draw now. Mayweather should be happy if he can get 50/50.
