I certainly would. Bradley can probably fight Alexander, Maidana, or Berto next. If he fights another no name, or some overmatched guy with a name, I will have no problem calling him out.

The only thing i can think of is Bradley and Devon facing off the winner holding 3 titles would force Khan into fighting him, GBP would have to deal.

The general view of the Khan critics on ESB, is that Alexander and Bradley can do no wrong in the opponents they choose to take on (in a bid to build their own profiles up). But Khan on the other hand, is not free to pursue the same route with out being called a cherry picker.

Now a year ago, he stepped up to 140 for the first time and completely dominated Kotelnik, only to be gunned down for fighting a guy who they say was over-matched. Now that Alexander is fighting the very same person (with valid reasons mind you), you best bet I'll be keeping a very sharp eye on the reaction to an Alexander victory.

You said that, as I certainly didn't. Who Con fights is his business and who Bradley chooses to fight is Bradley's business, etc, etc.

And why is that sob still talkiing about fighting smaller opponents in LW?

Ask Nate Campbell how that works. He had 3 belts and Pacquiao had no problem ignoring him. Trust me, Bradley or Alexander having 3 belts would not help them get a fight with Khan. They are the only other belt holders and Khan still has no interest in fighting either one at this time. If I were Bradley or Alexander I would forget all about Khan(it seems Bradley already has). Khan is doing his own thing right now.

Well that's my point, until he begins making a habit of fighting light-weights - i.e taking on guys like JMM, Casamayor, Katsidis consecutively – then yes you can bash Khan day and night, I'll even join you myself.

Which brings me on to your next point, there are various reasons why GBP won't match Khan with Bradley/Alexander for his next fight. I can't be bothered delving in to them all again, but they are good reasons - mainly profile building, fighter development, busy schedules of other fighters etc.

The main issue I have, is people pointing fingers at Khan, and Khan only for these fights not taking place straight away. However the other fighters:
    • Bradley, has made it publicly known himself that he too will take these fights when the time is right; hence his choice to fight some other guy at 147 in the mean time
    • Maidana, has too many managerial problems to sort out before fighting on
    • Alexander, taking on Kotelnik next to keep himself busy until the rest are ready.
Isn't it obvious? It's been more or less unanimously agreed by all parties involved, that this tournament/set of fights, will be staged only when the time is perfect, and right now - the time is not perfect!

That's just the fickleness of boxing fans. They always say that stuff after the fact. No one knows if one guy overmatches another until they fight. That's why I don't begrudge Khan fighting Kotelnik, and I don't begrudge Alexander fighting him.
What I do begrudge is that Khan calls the shots in the division because of his stardom and the power of his promotional company, and not because he's the most worthy based on accomplishment.

Who is Devon Alexander? really Freddy? Yeah, he's the guy that KO'd Juan Urango and made Junior Witter quit. You know, a complete nobody.

I can definately agree with you here. His proposed version (as well as Shaw's) of the tournament is not one that I'm keen on. I'd like to see something which will mean all fighters fight each other at least once.

I don't know about that. Nate Campbell had three titles but Marquez fought Casamayor and Juan Diaz (who actually lost to Campbell) instead
