Maybe Roach can tell JCC sr., though I doubt that he will care. Anyone with even a chance seems to be a fight he has no interest having his son involved in.

Wow! I used to be a fan of Roach, but he seems to want to sink the level the Mayweather Sr.'s of the world. **** Roach. JCCj will get his face boxed off if he ever mans up and fight Sexy Sergio.

Maybe Martinez has always been a mediocre fighter, for goodness sakes, he has L's against Cintron, and was Brutally ko'ed by Margarito, his best wins were against a C class fighter in Williams, and got lucky and survived against the alcoholic Pavlik.

The truth is Roach spew bull**** in regards to Manny Pacquiao most of the time just to stick wit his man, but he is 100% dead on here

Cintron fight was a draw where he was robbed of a ko then a decision win. Survived Pavlik? C class Williams?

    Dumb poster is dumb.

So was Martinez not trying survive and fighting for his life against the shot alcoholic Pavlik before the cut, did Williams not get exposed by the jouneryman Quitana, if you seem to think Williams is elite, what does that make Quitana, and Lara, on Mayweather and Pacquiao level.

IDK why I even try have boxing conversations here, when 93% of people here don't know **** about boxing

You are failing to give credit to the respective time in their careers of each fighter you are dismissing in current form. Quintana beat Williams at the championship level, where Carlos' only loss was to Cotto. Quintana was still very high level until he got KO'd in the rematch with Paul. Williams was top level and was avoided by a lot of folks due to his volume style and freakish size. Martinez took him on and arguably won the first encounter, but PDub was the name fighter and had HBO and Haymon in his corner.

In the rematch, Martinez destroys the man and the myth of Williams. Right before that, he moved up in weight, is severly undersized and manages to take Pavlik to deep waters and bloody him up becoming the undisputed MW champion of the world.

You have to keep in mind that Martinez was at 154 - 158 for all of those fights, and was still accimilating to the MW division.

However in the Cintron fight, Martinez got shafter twice in one fight. First with the KO, and then with the decision. Anyone with any sense knows Cintron didn't do **** to earn a draw in that fight.

Hey, if Freddie actually believes that we might actually get to see this fight. I only hope he can convince Arum's scummy ass that Martinez is that overhyped.

What elite WW did Quitana beat or fight up to that point, the same goes with Williams, they were placed on a pedestal without proving themselves. Am I supposed to place Martinez on a pedestal after beating an already exposed blown up WW.

My Goodness why is it so hard for people to see that Margarito, Clottley, Quitana, Williams, and Martinez are overrated
