    To me pac and floyd are very alike. Floyd stayed at welterweight but fights lightweights and ask them to move up to welterweight. Pac on the other hand is a super lightweight asking welterweights to move down to a catch weight.

    Yep,isnt that pretty much what ive said in the conclusion of my post?:?
    I never "wanted Pac" to do anything,or Oscar.I had no vested interest in the fight and didnt care who won.
    Oscar was dead at the weight though.Thats undeniable.
    Am i bothered?No,but facts are facts.

    I just have to respect Roach's honesty to be honest. Although if Manny can't fight against 147lb fighters at 147lb.... then stop calling them out. Simple as that.

    When Floyd had fought DLH he had never been at 154 and DLH was a world champion at the time they fought - DLH brought more to the table than just his name.

    Thats why it grossed more than DLH vs Pacquiao ....

    Its weird how Pacquiao is the top dawg and Roach says he is - but they'll never do the numbers they would do vs Mayweather against any other fighter in the sport and thats crazy.

    While if Floyd choose to fight Cotto or Mosley he could do 1m buys --

    ^because a lot of people want to see mayweather get beat and lose not because they like the guy.

    Besides, at the time nobody really knew who pacman was before the Oscar fight. He bcame known for making Oscar say NO MAS and now with pacman putting hatton to sleep, expect something different when he fights.

    Because in fighting Oscar at 47 it was accurately gauged that the reward would outweigh the risk. Team Pac realizes that the same wouldn't hold true against the fighters you've named. The reward is nowhere near as rich and the risk is much greater.

    Pac doesn't have the skill level of someone like Mayweather ... he's good physically but technically and fundamentally he's not in Mayweather's class.

    I like Pac and he brings exciting fights but all this hype surround him is ridiculous ... his level of competetion is as stellar as people make it to be.

    His chin hasn't been tested by a bigger puncher than him .... he has yet to prove that he can last against a world class boxer ... the time that he's went up against boxers he had 2 questionable decision and the other guys weren't real boxers at heart.

    He hasn't faced a Nate Campbell, Edwin Valero, Tim Bradley, Floyd Mayweather, Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley, or Andre Berto ... those guys are either just as athletic as he is - if not more or they have superior boxing skills with an variety of weapons in the arsenal.

    Roach is an overrated trainer ... his only claim to fame is Pacquiao and all the other fighters he's coached weren't on an elite level. Thanks to the help of the media - Bob Arum he has reached that level. But just like Antonio Margarito he will soon reach his demise.

    Okay ... we all know that Pac has the straight left hand ... and now he has the right hook ... but where is the jab? ... the left uppercut? ... the right uppercut? ... the looping left? ... the hybrid left? ... the side step ... he backs up in straight line and then turns ... he doesn't pivot like the good boxers do. He doesn't fight at all going backwards ... he moves backwards but he can only fight going forward.
    He's still a very limited fighter ...

    Everyone before the fight knew DLH was past his prime and would be weight drained against Pacman.

    Everyone still picked DLH by brutal KO, nuff' said.

    I didn't pick DLH by KO ... I picked Pac by KO ... I was one of a few and even the ones picking Pac wasn't picking him to win by KO ... trust me look at my past posts ... he didn't have anything left and shouldve retired after the forbes win.
