Does it effect their ability to compete? A broken bone does....blisters? HELL NO....I ran track for years. I got blisters all the damn time. You ignore it and move on.

Pacquiao has more reach. But it isn't helpful because he lunges in when punching and he come straight forward.

The key in Hatton vs Pac is Arms length 20" vs 25" for Pac. Hatton got no Head movement at all, he's so stiff. How the hell can Hatton defend against that Straight left???

So does Hatton, that's why that fight is a good matchup.

Pac will be around 150lb on fight night so it doesn't matter that much.

And that's where the 10lb weight advantage and what will be a noticable strength advantage will come into play. Pacquiao has never weighed over 144 for a fight.

yeah, the LEFT. The bread and butter fist. remember pac was 1-D before and he doesnt know how to use his right hand.

yeah here is the trmendous lesson pac learned when he was not yet injured...

But Hatton wont stand at the end of that left hand. He will be in Pac's chest all night, and with Hatton the larger man Pac wont be able to do anything about it. And we know he cant fight going backward.

If Hatton is 10lb over Pac then Pac will be a little faster. Pac was 148lb his last fight.

You need to watch more Hatton. Hell, Hatton was moving his head against PBF and making PBF miss a bit.

Also, reach means nothing when both fighters come straight forward. Pacquiao is not a boxer and his reach doesn't come into play. And Pacquiao's straight left will be smothered. Much like the more powerful KT's straight right was smothered.

You don't know at all how to break down styles.

And Hatton will be just under 160lbs, and the naturaly stronger man.

    1. means to say pac is no pushover and although his chance of winning is slim, he is capable of surviving

    2. pbf is a gifted fighter and pac has no chance against him except a lucky punch. bur based on what I see, he ran all the time and scared of engaging.
