Still Pac won't go back 150 anymore and admitted that. Is that really hard to understand.

Knowing how weight goes in boxing, which I'm sure you know, it's the fighting weights that really count. Manny will be outweigh by almost 20 lbs, through experience with Margo it did took a toll on him that's why he doesn't want to take that route again.

 

Roach and Pac were honest enough to say that Pac would never fight above 147 again after Margo. Pac admitted that he was hurt by Margo's shots but tried not to show it during the fight but it was obvious in the 6th that Pac nearly folded after absorbing a body shot. Roach, probably was pissed off by Martinez who has been calling out the midget Pac, hence that reply.

 

And now he wants a small welterweight who he will outweighed by 20 lbs or more in a JMW fight.

 

That's not a demand. He was simply telling Martinez to stop calling Pac because they will never fight again north of 147 lbs.

 

Stupid. I was replying to someone who asked what is the big deal if Martinez beats Pac at 154. I just replied that Martinez hasnt fought there in 2 years I think. Learn to read before replying.

 

Pacquiao doesn't need Sergio. If the latter needs the former, then he has to go down. As simple as that.

Probably fed up with all the pointless talks. Well it does seem pointless. Team Pac already said they will fight anyone 150 and below. It's fair and you cannot get more clear and direct like that. All other talks are pointless, they're just making noise.

 

I agree with you on that. Roach act like Pac is some kind of a circus freak. I like good boxing at the designated weight classes. This mess aint no better than a street fight. I for one, wont pay to see no **** like that.:bbb

does any decent boxing fan really consider Pac's 154 belt to be legit? Only nuthuggers and the most casual of fans think it's legit anyway and you can't really make any decent argument about boxing with those kind of people so I don't get why people in this forum still argue that it's a legit title that should be defended. It was a BS title. The only reason the Margo fight was even remotely interesting is because we all knew he'd be much much bigger than Pac and that's all.

The faster people get around to accepting that it was a BS title the faster people can realize that Pac vs Martinez is just too much to ask for from Pacquiao. Sure I'd want to watch that fight, but it won't be me who's risking getting seriously hurt by a man at least 20 lbs larger and with good power @160. Pac has his limits when going against bigger men and Martinez is beyond that limit IMO. I don't see how that can be taken against Pac.
