Says more about the division than anything else.

Froch is so fundamentally technically flawed its a miracle he has achieved what he has.

Maidana is made to order for Broner. Though I would love to see Broner KO'd by Maidana, it ain't gonna happen. Broner is too slick, fast and talented.

The odd thing about Roach's comment is that Provo is one tough guy and, yes, he does win fights.

Maidana is better than Rios and pac man is much better than Broner. broner looked great at the lower weights but to me is untested at 140/147 and vs a man like Maidana who will bring the heat and power. Maidana isn't De Marco, rees or Paulie. this is a step up for broner.

If broner is as good as he thinks he is and as good as a lot of fans think he is then he beats Maidana, and i love maidana. But if he isn't as good, even by a little bit then Maidana has a great chance to win this by KO. I'm undecided on this fight.

Haha it's weird that his style is so awful because he was a successful amateur.

It's like he became a pro and had a memory wipe and forgot all the fundamentals

Saying that, I respect him all the more for it

jermain taylor? he was getting his ass beat for the majority of that fight. thank god taylor's punch resistance was low....otherwise he would have lost that one.

Tough guys tend to end up punch drunk which is why I regard "heart" as an irrelevant trait in boxing. Speed, reflexes, skills and so forth should be your driving force. Absorbing punches with your face on a regular basis while managing to stay on your feet is goddamn fcking useless and will ruin your life after boxing more often than not.
