    Weight did'nt impact DLH???:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

......you do know that we're talking about the same DLH who after every trainer change says, "oh, I'm now learning things in there I never thought possible."

"I have the best trainer in the world, "Emmanuel Steward."

"I have the best trainer in the world, Mayweather Sr."

"I have the best trainer int the world, Don Nacho."

......"for this fight, we have devised a full proof gameplan, and I'm feeling better than ever.
I'm in the best shape I've ever been for a fight."

These are all things DLH would without fail say before a big fight.......

He was always in the best shape of his life thanks to his new trainer and training methods.......and without fail, he'd tank the championship rounds of a fight due to the other fighter just flat out being better conditioned!

DLH said before the Pacquiao fight that he felt better at 147 lbs than he ever did at 154 lbs........my God, if we go by his prior history of verbal shenanigans to the media......God he must have been telling the honest truth!:lol::lol::nut:nut:rofl

Please Chimba, had PacDbest been posed at the time who'd win between Tommy Hearns and Pac at 154 lbs , he'd have picked Pac by KO!

......pick any fighter in history within sniffing distance of Welter, and PacDbest would be picking Pacquiao by KO!
........there is'nt anything that he's posted in this forum that runs with logic.

Props to Pacquiao for shutting up the naysayers and trouncing DLH, Hatton and Cotto.........but lets also be realistic and admit that those feats does'nt equate to Pacquiao beating the true great Welters of the sport......all of which PacDbest would say Pac defeats by KO.

......you name them.....Ray Robinson, Leonard, Duran, Hearns......slicksters like Benitez and Napoles......and PacDbest has been heard in this forum many times claiming that Pac beats all of them by KO.......

......these assertions take away from giving PacDbest credit for his claims that Pac would beat DLH, Hatton, etc........
.....though it turned out that PacDbest was correct on the DLH and Hatton fight.......we can strongly claim it was a lucky crapshoot for him, as he would have picked Pacquiao no matter what against whoever throughout history.

Personally I give PacDbest zero credit..........we're talking about the same PacDbest who was ashamed to post that on his card he had Pac beating Marquez in their rematch, and so posted that he had it a draw......

.......upon learning that his fellow *******s were of the ridiculous audacity to claim Pacquiao had won......he comes on here saying he had watched the fight again and was now giving the fight to Pacquiao!:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Even the biggest and loudest ******* of all-time was embarrassed to initially report that he saw Pacquiao beating Marquez..........that embarrassment disappeared once his fellow *******s were making claims otherwise.........and true to ******* form, PacDbest followed along like the true trolling ******* he was, is, and always will be!:nut:nut:nut:lol:

That's actually the exact opposite. For most.....coming in under the limit of your divison and not ballooning up in weight on fight night suggest a very good camp and the fighter having lost the excess weight in an intelligent manner....similar to the guys who are gym rats....>Nard and Floyd to mention a few. Those guys come in under their division weight limit and puts on very few lbs on fight night typically. They are always knoown to to be in the best phyiscal condition. Many felt DLH at weigh in was still going to beat the snot out of PAC b/c of this whole weight excuse we see plastering these message boards.

Nah.......JMM is a true great! one of the best this era of boxing has seen. He didn't have the natrual gifts and talent guys like PAC, Floyd, RJJ and Zab has but with what he had he got the most out of it .......and the man is very intelligent in the ring.

In my opinion he matches up well agaisnt all of them but the only ones I can actually see him beating would be the bottom two. It's hard to say b/c we've never seen an era like the one that had Duran, Leonard, Hagler and Hearns. ALL are ATG worthy. PAC is doing well against the kind of comp he and for what its worth the man is dominating......much in the way guys like Robinson, Leonard, Duran and hearns would have in this era.

Your theory may be true with a young fighter still in his prime......but not an old fading fighter coming down to a weight he had'nt been in in a decade.

DLH had always been a fighter to gain substantial weight after a weighin.......for example he weighed in at 147 lbs for his rematch with Chavez, and walked up the ring steps weighing 160 lbs.

.......he was outweighing most of his opponents by plenty in his younger days......what would make him think that now as an old geezer he would benefit from coming in at 145 lbs and basically not gain any weight overnight.

Sorry.....if you're the older and slower fighter, coming in light is not going to benefit you against someone who's much younger and faster.......its just pure logic.

What if it was Marquez who fought DLH that night? i think DLH will stop him. DLH will have no problem landing that vaunted left hook. Marquez was a steady target for DLH evn at his so-called weight drained state and would KTFO the guy. DLH however couldn't land on pacquiao, was getting frustrated, getting battered one-sidedly, and all he has left is to quit.:hi::hi:

My question was really meant to get Speedy and the rest of the *******s to realize that PacDbest is just as much a joke then, now and in the future........

The *******s praise PacDbest now because he called his win over DLH.......when its plain as day to see it was a lucky crapshoot on his part, as PacDbest would have called a victory for Pacquiao against every fighter who has ever climbed up the ring ropes.

.....the fighters I named are all fighters PacDbest claimed Pacquiao would beat......which goes to show you that his picks have very little merit as he is picking Pacquiao to beat the greatest Welters of all-time.

My opinion of PacDbest would have been different if he'd have said something like, "I dont know how Pac would have fared against the greatest Welters of the sport, but I definitely see that he can beat the current version of Welters now."
.......had PacDbest said something along those lines, his opinions back then in hindsight would have been more respected now by posters such as myself.....

.....but because PacDbest chooses Pac to beat every welter in history.......you might as well just crap on his picks and just take them as nothing more than coming from a fanboy.

My Dad who does'nt know much about boxing was the only person in his job circle that included many knowleadgeable boxing fans who called Joe Frazier's victory over Muhamad Ali......my Dad's brother was an avid boxing fan from his childhood who followed boxing intently through television, radio, and print media, laughed at my Dad and told him, "you dont know anything about boxing, you could'nt roll off the names of 5 proffessional fighters to save your life."

When Joe Frazier bested Muhamad Ali, my dad was in my uncles face telling him, "who does'nt know anything about boxing?"

Thats virtually what PacDbest did with his call of Pac over DLH.....a crapshoot just like my dad in a situation where he got lucky in.......

As PacDbest would have picked in favor of Pacquiao against anyone in history on a given night.......my Dad would have picked anyone against Ali the night he lost to Frazier.

    Thats PacDbest in a nutshell!
