I wonder if this might be a good catchweight fight.

Garcia has said that he wants to move up, but he's never fought at 147. Pac can probably make 143-144 comfortably. This would give Garcia a stepping stone to WW so it won't be such a drastic leap and he'll be fighting closer to his natural weight.

I'm not fan of catchweights, but, I think in this case it might benefit both guys.

 

Arum would happily pass up Haymon though, especially once Al asks to see where the money is going and subsequently attempts to get the best deal for his fighter. That kind of competent representation is unacceptable there.

 

I think that is only if Nelo is willing to do another catch weight fight...which I'm not sure he is....but for a shot at PAC, he might agree to lighter weight.
