Money obviously. Its a big Wembley stadium fight, Khan would become a huge name if he beats Hatton, Hatton I feel is damaged goods after the Pacquaio fight so it would be a great name to have on the record but I feel if he did beat Hatton the british public would never forgive Khan for it.

Roach wants Khan to fight Hatton because Hatton has been damaged goods since the Mayweather fight. Khan will continue to build his legacy beating shot fighters. (Barrera, Hatton and possibly Morales) and the fight would generate a lot of money. So, it's pretty obvious why Roach would want Khan to fight Hatton.
