Arum himself had earlier told Standard Today that Pacquiao is on top of the world and in a position to dictate terms and that from his own point of view, the maximum Mayweather Jr. can get in terms of a revenue split for a Pacquiao fight would be 35 percent, with 65 percent going to Pacquiao. “Come on. Manny is the draw.”

It seems that Pac vs. Floyd won't happen. On the bright side, Floyd will have to face Cotto or Mosley for a real WW showdown.

As I have said many times, no one knows more about Floyd in the boxing terms then Arum, who promoted floyd for most of his career. He knows damn well that Floyd isnt going to take 35%. So what he is really saying is that the fight isnt going to happen. lets see if he puts those kinds of numbers on the table with other fighters, my guess is none will take 35%. Not Cotto, not Shane. Only people that would be willing to take that would be someone like Berto or some jr welters.

Hatton got 48% and they expect Floyd would sit on 35% lol come the **** on. That's a way of saying we dont want the fight.

That's what I like to see as it's the only fight I'm interested in between the two. I don't care how tough the negotiating process will be, make it happen

In order to make fights happen both sides have to want it to happen. The early returns show us that pac's side dont want the fight to happen.

Forget what Pac's side wants, they'll find out soon enough. What do YOU think and if you don't want this fight, who is a better substitute for Floyd who is as recognizable and will draw?

**** that! The draw is MAYWEATHER VS PACQUIAO, not Pacquiao. If this fight doesn't happen because of bull**** negotiations I'm a go punch Arum in the face! The only way I pay for a Pacquiao fight is if he's going up against an elite fighter. Otherwise I don't give a ****. Pay Floyd his money!!!

Here is the thing..Pac could fight anyone from lightweight to welterweight and get away with it. If he fights a welter it will most likely be Cotto should he win vs Clottey. But Im pretty sure they wouldnt fight Clottey should he win. Then I think that next most likely fight is Bradley, on the outside there is Chavez Jr, and Valero. Darkhouse is Berto. The there is no chance in hell of the fight happening side is Shane and Floyd.

I think that the most likely fight overall is Bradley then Chavez Jr then Valero. Only the Chavez fight is a joke, I wouldnt mind seeing any of the others.
