:rofl:rofl:roflat Freddie Roach for wanting new standards for disqualification set when his prized fighter enters the ring against Cotto.......:rofl:rofl:rofl

........Roach should bring his concerns up to the ref during the dressing room instructions, but to be campaigning for this sort of thing right now shows me how concerned his is for Cotto testing Pacquiao's body.......

......you watch now, everytime Pac gets hit with a body shot, the ref will be warning Cotto for low blows......
.....thats really where Roach wants to get at with campaigning so far away from the fight, on low blow concerns.

    Immediate disqualification??????:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Cotto's low blows come naturally when he's hitting the body... in the fight with Cheaterito he couldn't get to the body, hence no low blows.... comprende?... not too difficult to understand, imo!

Roach is getting edgy...i dont think Cotto would be resorting to such.

Let the ref do his job, and let the fighters do their thing. This is WAR!!!

im a fan of good mma matches and a match that i think of is bj penn vs against gsp...i thought alright here is a fight that i would watch cuz the competition level was high and then gsp just dominated from being so big and strong....thats what i see happening here in the cotto fight....i honestly think freddie roach over looked miguel cotto and told manny to ask for the fight....bob arum i think is also scared as he went to pacs training camp to assure himself of pacs conditioning....i think that cotto will offset pacs speed with his powerful jab and try to catch pac as he comes in as he leaves his chin exposed when he comes with his punches...but i see miguel getting rocked early by pacs right hand but if miguel survives that i think eventually the bigger man if active will wear pac out and win by 9th rd ko as pac becomes reckless throwing punches and gets caught with a left hook to end the night

The idea of an automatic dq for a low blow is ridiculous.

I don't even think there should be "tougher" rules - the rules already in place are fine and I don't see why anyone should get special treatment. Let the ref do his job and the fighters do theirs.

There shouldnt be any new rules for low blows but it's good that Roach brought this up before the fight so that the ref can look out for illegal tatics that Cotto has been known for. But an auto DQ is over board. It's like trainers who call out holding or butts before a match to show their concern over illegal tatics to ensure the ref doesn't let too much slide.
