    I somewhat agree but he is borderline great just for what hes done against Pacquiao, there has to be some carry over there. Its the fight against a faded MAB that had me questioning JMMs status. It basically showed that a near prime Barrera takes him rather comfortably.

    This is a shocker:patsch I've posted this a while ago and predicted they will make Marquez fight at this weight level. All these request by Roach and team Manny always benefits them. The Floyd fight hasn't happend because Floyd is the only smart one that knows how this boxing business works. I can't believe I have just defended Floyd again:D

    Wait to see what marquez' weight is on fight night. I have a feeling Pac and Marquez weigh damn near the same once they step into the ring.

    What does this prove? This was at 130. Arguably JMMs best weight.
    Are you pointing out that Pac came in at 145? and weighed in at 130 the day before? Then you just proved my point.

    I see how this works. Make the bigger guys Cotto, Margarito and De La Hoya fight at the lightest weight possible and the small guys Marquez fight at the heaviest weight possible.

    It proves that pac does not have to dehydrate to make weight and then rehydrate over night.

    It means he can come in comfortably, it means on fight night he is still around the same weight he has been for the past 7 fights or so.


    Marquez can come in at 135-138 weigh in day and paccquiao at 144 then meet each other in the ring at 141 vs 144-148

    same **** just marquez leaving prime and Pac still in it.


    If marquez can hang and destroy kats... he can hang with pac. Marquez is not a clottey or margo

    at present, pac has proven he can withstand the punching power of very big welters and has the power to hurt them. how can jmm's punches even bother pac and how can he
    take pac's punching power at this point?

    either @140 or 147, the result will be the same. pac via KO although @147, it will be much earlier.

    Nah, no interest in this fight. Pac has gotten much better, and is also better then JMM at the higher weights, JMM couldnt beat Pac before, there is no way in hell he is beating him now. So what would be the point here, when everyone knows Pac wouldnt recieve credit for beating JMM above 135lbs.

    If the fight was at 140, I would be very slightly interested, because I think JMM could come in at 139 and still fight well..... but at 147 Ive got no interest for this fight.
