Its ****in idiots like you that give fighters ammunition to get out of fights... all REAL fans should be 100% behind this offer & Floyd should be severely torn to shreds if he doesnt accept this.

WTF is wrong with you ?

This sport is about the fans, these guys are multi-millionaires already, the lions share thing is just a power play to show the opponent that you are `bigger` than he is... its childish & bull****, these 2 are the undisputed top 2 in the world, mega-stars.... if Roach really said this (I have doubts) then that is amazing news & SHOULD in a non-cocksucking world mean `fight on.`

    Ive said my bit.

Good. Weight solved, 50/50 is fair. There is NO reason to haggle over 5-10% in this fight, either way. It will make enormous money and both fighters -- and the fans -- win.

    Let's do it!

Why do I have this strange feeling it won't be as simple ?
I can already see it. Floyd getting all mighty and claiming HE is the man in boxing deserving the biggest share no matter what he has done during the last 3 ****in years where Pacquiao established himself against quality opposition.
Well, 60-40 in favor of the pretty ****in boy would still be a good deal for the sake of boxing...

Floyd WAS the bigger draw, but Pac mania has taken over.
Floyd is a ***** and will not take this fight.

Nah.....Roach just knows the only way to get Floyd to fight is by letting him have an even split....otherwise Floyd would use getting the lesser slice of the pie as a way out of the fight.

FLoyd isn't the bigger draw in the US or on a gloabal level which is evident. The numbers don't lie. And just like a boxer is only as good as his last fight.....a fighters numbers are only as good as his their last fight. ANd comparing PAC's PPV numbers to Floyd's in their last fights it's clear PAC is the draw and Floyd knows it.

Honestly this is one of the few times I'll agree with loyd when it come to money. 60-40 isn't completely unreasonable.

I mean like it or not the guy has a better track record for PPV sales then Pac. I mean they are close but thats the truth.

THe difference is PAC did that kind of numbers with JMM before DLH. what kind of PPV numbers was floyd putting up before DLH? less than 400K in PPV buys. JMM's PPV numbers are comparable to Cotto's....in the US JMM has a stronger following due to the number of Mexican fans who contribute to most of the PPV buys especially when a popular Mexican is fighting like JMM.
