This guy or some other pos trainer having elite fighters doing this is gonna backfire on the sport - someone at some point is going to come up severely short and we are going to get a performance like one of those marathon runners destroying their depeleted bodies. :deal

Should be banned by the sanctioning bodies esp. in title fights (champ should be stripped and title declared vacant IMO) and if not by the state or national governing bodies.

When asked who was his hardest fight, Cotto responded immediately, "Mayweather." he went on to say that had he been in the kind of shape against Manny, that he was against Floyd, it "would have been a different fight..." " coming in at 145lbs...You don't feel it so much when training...but come fight night, you feel it in the ring."

I have no problem with CW fights in general. However I do have a problem with CW fights when a title (especially the lineal title) is on the line. Titles should be fought at their respective weight division only, whether they be involving Mayweather, Pacquiao, Cotto, Canelo, Broner or anyone. Titles should only be contested for at their appropriate weight category.
