Thats interesting. Gonna have to do a search for those articles.

Though any coach will 'big' up his fighter before the fight actually takes place. One to insure his pocket. 2 So the boxer doesn't lose confidence and keeps his mental state.

To be quite honest, I think Roach knows he's near the end of his training career and is only focused on getting the biggest money fights available to his fighters.

I agree with this dude on his point. Now can someone explain why the **** PBF is fighting JMM and not Mosley? pac? cotto? berto, williams, clottey????? Im guessing your a PBF fan. Dont talk businees now, remember real fight fans want to see the best of the best not an overmatched lightweight against a welter

Maybe not the hard core but it will be huge among casual fans. They will sell a shitload of tickets and PPVs. The Barrera fight was massive . None of my mates, who aint really into boxing, could believe Khan was fighting Barrera so soon after being destroyed by Prescott. I think most people with the slightest bit of insight into boxing knew Khan was the favorite for the fight, but folks who just watch if there is a big fight involving a british fighter they have heard of mostly thought he was gonna get beat. Fighting Morales will get Khan a shitload of money, boost his profile in the USA, and the chances are it will be a very easy fight. Morales is rustier, just as unsuited to the weight, and probably even more in decline in terms of skills than MAB was.

No chance. This is the Barrera fight all over again. Morales hasnt fought for two years, if memory serves correctly lost 4 of his last 5 fights. He'll be moving up in weight purely because he cant make it down to the weight class he used to fight in. If anything, Morales will be an even easier fight than MAB was. People make a big deal about the cut, but even taking that into consideration Khan completely dominated Barrera.

    Roach is basically saying:

"Man, this guy punches too hard for my paper mache Chinned fighter so we are not going to fight him and drop our "World Championship" belt"

What a TOTAL disgrace this is.

Roach being Roach. Ducking and making the easiest fight out there for Khan.

Why Morales? Khan would get no credit for beating a completely shot fighter. Silly move.

    Should just go for Salita.

It makes me laugh when people call Khan hyped.

He has a very good resume and has come back from a loss.

Anyone who knows **** about boxing knows, yes he can be sparked out but he has some great tools. There is and will be much worse champions in terms of skill set.

I personally think he schools Maidina. Boring shut out

Good decision Freddie. Because Marcos Maidana would knock Amir Khan out faster than Prescott did.
