Roach's Plan for Paquiao's Continued Success

After reading the mound of Roach statements made to the media. And the comments of those posting threads about Pac-man, who aren't reading behind the hype. I decided to take a crack at exposing The Roach's working deception.

Let's work out several assumptions taken by Roach since Paquiao's destruction of both DLH and Hatton.

I don't want to diminish Pacquiao's recent wins in any way shape or form. And many are giving a huge amount of credit to Pacquiao mainly because he fought the same two guys Mayweather did with better results. {We hear that often} Not taking into consideration all the factors, modifications, changes and elements that were different in these two opponents between 2007 and 2009.

ODLH:
Version 12/06/2008 - The ODLH Pacquiao fought on 12/06/2008 was weight drained {Fight-night 145lbs +/-}, taking IV's prefight {Definately not a good sign}, slower and looked over-trained for the fight.

Version 2007 - The ODLH Mayweather fought in 2007 was at his natural fighting weight {Fight-night 154+lbs}, better trained and generally looked a lot better physically.

Hatton:
Version 2009 - The redefined Hatton {Fight-night 140lbs +/-}, that doesn't bull-rush his opponent 90%, doesn't try to wrestle his opponent into the ropes and whail away with his head down. A Hatton that now tried & tries to box in the center of the ring 90% of the time.

Version 2007 - Hatton {Fight-night 146+lbs}the consumate bulldog of boxing, totally aggressive, untamed, unbeaten, a boxing wildman that few have been able to handle in the ring.

It seems that even though Pacquiao and Mayweather both fought the same two opponents in name. They definately didn't fight the same two opponents in terms of physical characteristics and habits. I've watched and watched both fights and it is very obvious that ODLH was a terribly different fighter against Pacquiao than he was against Mayweather in terms of physical capabilities. And it is obvious on tape that Pacquiao fought a version of Hatton that was determined to box a lot more than use his former mauling, mugging all-out in-your-face aggressive bulldog style.

Lets talk about the illusion that Paquiao is the new {ODLH} of PPV and gets to call the shots for each and every opponent going forward.

There is no evidence what so-ever that Pacquiao is the new DLH in terms of PPV numbers and the ability to fill a venue with paying customers. Sure Pacquiao has a country backing him, but that same country's support doesn't equate to dollars on the table. Take into consideration that in the Philippines many if not all of Pacquiao's fanbase watch his fights in crowded halls with on large closed circuit TV. There is no serious revenue generated with one big screen TV and a thousand people watching it. And his fanbase in the states doesn't come even remotely close to that of DLH's or Hattons.

So, it is an illusion that Pacquiao is the new DLH and is in a simular position to dictate terms. DLH had that edge because he was able to generate PPV revenue. Everyone had to dance to DLH's tune of take a walk. Roach is deceiving many into believing his magic show is the real deal and it isn't.

Now lets look at the way Roach is trying to fix future fights so that Pacquiao always has the upper hand.

The first goal was to get everyone to believe the illusion that Pacquiao is the new DLH and is now in that same position to dictate. Secondly, he is using that illusion to force all future opponents to drain down to the weight they {Roach} specify.

Mosley want a fight - drain down to 142, Cotto want to fight - drain down to 140, Floyd want to fight - drain down to 142. Anyone that wants a fight with Pacquiao, you will also accept a 60+/- | 40+/- purse split.

This is the same **** DLH was doing when anyone wanted a chance to fight for Big paper ..... Only Pacquiao isn't DLH, and hasn't proven yet that he has the same capacity to generate huge revenue with each fight.

Many people make it their mission to call fighter's on their BS ...... Well its time to call Roach on his BS.

Pacquiao, I Honestly Believe Is Pretty Neutral ... He Just Wants To Fight And Get Paid. So I Have No Quarrel With Pacquiao in any way shape of form. And I do agree that Pacquiao is one hell of a fighter and HOF great. Pacquiao will fight anyone and he lets his team handle the specifics.

But His Team {Mainly Roach} is getting out of control with the hype & BS.

Roach's Plan for Paquiao's Continued Success - His plan is to continue to trick everyone going forward that Paquiao's rise to the P4P top equates to DLH like status and control. Where he {Roach} is now in the sole position to dictate all terms and agreements in all fights that include Paquiao. And with this trickery - dictate that all future opponent drain down to unrealistic weights {To minimize their effectiveness} or take a hike. Accept a smaller purse split than Paquiao or take a hike. Wear the gloves that they specify or take a hike. This is getting out of control fast!!!!

Actually I made money with the DLH\Pac-Man fight. And even though it is true that Pacquaio has the last say - it is greatly influenced by the roach.

I don't give a flying **** what every idiot is saying -- most of these fools wake up in the morning with beer in their corn flakes. So how valuable is their opinion when it is based on conjecture and speculation. But as I clearly stated it is The Roach that is the problem here ... not Pacquiao. But I guess I have to dumb things down so that a fool can understand what is written.

Didn't Pacquiao fight DLH at an agreed upon weight of 147lbs??? And came in fight night at weight. My point is why disadvantage so much, every good opponent going forward.

My point in this thread is that Roach is fixing future fights ... he says that Mosley will be a good fight, he says that Cotto would be a good fight, he even stated that Floyd would be a good fight ...... Why even mention these guys if you have no intention to fight these guys at their best weight.

If Roach is going to mention the superstars of boxing - then have an intention to take them on when they bite. Don't talk **** about Cotto, Mosley & Floyd and then when they bite on your challenge .. state that each of them have to come down to 140lbs. That's BS!!!!
