Roachs plan is to make sure any fighter above 140 (which is where they are aiming at)

but be drained and not be able to physically perform. (Im a big manny fan btw)

Somebody drank an extra tall glass of Hater-ade this morning, didn't they?

Holy Crap. Based on the length of that essay I'd like to think that a lot of time and effort went into it. However, upon further review of the content, it's clear that effort is not a word I'd associate with this steaming pile of ****** excrement.

What is this non-comprehension day with you guys????

Let me be perfectly clear I'm a Paquaio fan -- But I don't agree with The Roach's comments and behavior about future fights. And I'm not going to label you as anything dude. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if its fantasy.

    Exactly my point!!!

Roach shouldn't even mention these guys {Cotto, Mosley, Floyd} to the media if he's going to place unrealistic stipulations on them to fight Pac-Man.

    God!!!!

    The morons are out in force. Anything they don't understand = Hater {Brilliant!!!!}

i don't get your point here. please reword your paragraph.

it was mosley and cotto who wants a fight with pac and not the other way around. pac is the draw so why would pac sacrifice going up in weight? pac had always moved up to his opponents wish so that he could get to where he is now. why would they still have cotto and mosley all the advantage?

again, it was mosley and cotto who wants a fight with pac. pac doesn't need to fight them at their weight because he is not a welterweight. so if anyone from 135 to 147 wants to fight pac, they have to do it in pac's current division. pac's team is even generous that he is willing to fight them at catchweights. if they don't want the catchweights, let those welterweights fight each other. at least they are the same sizes and doesn't need a damn catchweight.

Roach has already discredited Pacquiao's win, which most saw as a great win but him talking so much has only made it a good win.

By saying we knew he would be drained and we knew he couldn't pull the trigger.

Basically admitting DLH was a punching bag.

On top of it, openly admitting that he is trying to get every possible advantage for his fighter ( which is fine ) but when you are forcing fighters who you know (which he does know) can't make weight at limit they want but demanding the fight.

    Come on.

this is not the main objective of roach. he is just looking for pac's welfare here. if pac fought shane and cotto at 147, these guys would be ballooning to 160 while pac weighs in at 143 and be 148 at fight night. he is just trying to make the weight difference not so big that pac would not get blown out by size alone.

I think Roach mentioned those guys because clearly he found a way to beat them.

Manny fought DLH at 147lbs - So he can make weight and he has more power. His effectiveness isn't diminished and he has proven to be as competent at the higher weights as he was at the lower weights.

It is highly debatable that Pac-Man would be the draw against Cotto, Mosley maybe .... but not Cotto & Floyd. And I don't think its an advantgage for anyone since Pac-Man fought DLH at 147lb and was in incredible shape and condition.

You're doing the same thing Roach is doing. Why are you including 147lbs if you have no intention of fighting at that weight????

Weight shouldn't be a factor. If you want the fights take them as they come.

Don't demand Shane Mosley come to 143 when you know he won't be anything but a drained shell of himself.

If Pacquaio beats Mosley and Cotto at 143, he's not going to get a whole lot of credit.

pac doesn't want this fight. mosley and cotto does. weight is not a factor when going up but a factor when going down? weight is always a factor in boxing that is why we have divisions.

Not when you are talking about a guy who has fought at 147 it's not.

Everybody balloons up fight-night and that the whole thing in a nutshell.

Even if Manny fought Cotto, Mosley, Floyd at a catch weight of 142lb. Come fight night they will all be above 147lbs guaranteed!!!!!!!

So, why the BS of using a catch-weight as an exclusion to making the fight. Its a ploy used by Roach to gain an advantgage.
