Khan lost a close decision that could have conceivably gone his way.
Manny won a close decision that could have conceivably gone the other way.

I find it absolutely hilarious that people are comparing Pacquiao vs. Marquez III with Williams vs. Lara. It's just a testament to the fact that most posters on ESB can't score worth a damn.

DeMarco vs. Linares - Linares was dominating until he got cut and couldn't see punches anymore and was stopped. Good stoppage, but he was way up. Not such a terrible loss.

Pacquiao vs. Marquez - Close fight, better work was done by Marquez, but he gave away too many rounds in the beginning and the end.

Peterson vs. Khan - Close fight with good adjustments from both fighters. In rounds, I had it 6-6, a draw. With the point deductions and the knockdowns, I had it 113-112 Peterson. Could have gone Khan's way, but didn't.

Not such a terrible year. His fighters fought well and lost to top quality opposition.

Maybe they would have done better if they only fought once against Ortiz.

I saw it for Pac but it's not a shame to lose to a great fighter like JMM!

When did that happen? I saw a fight that could have went either way and the judges awarded the decision to Pacquiao. JMM lost the fight I thought :huh

Excellent post good sir :thumbsup. I agree with all points.

That's ridiculous, and secondly, for a guy with that kinda hand speed any loss is a terrible loss.

It happened the night Juan Manuel Marquez schooled the **** out of the jumping Gazelle Pacquiao.

8-4 being generous to Pac. JMM owned the ****, and *******s know it. The reason why the ******* population has depleted in recent weeks. :deal
