    Yeah, his phoney ass sanctioning body "boycotted" his hime country of South Africa because of Apartheid laws. Because you know the way to end Apartheid is to deprive a boxer of the ability to defend his hard earned title in his home country. :roll:

    Mitchell showed them up by keeping his title through a sh*tload of title defenses and never losing it.

    Very underrated fighter. Would've liked to have seen a unification match between him and Azumah Nelson.

    The WBA should of stripped him. Apartheid was a horrid law that needed to be destroyed. It was not Mitchell's fault, but still the WBA should of fallen in line and got rid of any white South African champions; Mendoza was a cowardly disgrace.
