Ive been running 5km 3 days per week at a pace of 6 minutes per km. Do you think this is enough running? I'm 5'11 95kg

    Zzzz.

As a heavy? The Rowing Machine (Concept2, hopefully), Track (Sprints) and Swimming are your friends. :good

Focus more on your sport for endurance but use what I mentioned too.

Running 5km's for a HW is mental.

Don't have access to a rowing machine or a track. I do hill sprints occasionally. Not much of a swimmer either.

I think it may be, but I'm seeking opinions on here.

Only you can answer that. How is your stamina in the ring and what else do you do as far a boxing specific workouts?

Havent had a fight yet. I am looking to have my first fight this year. My stamina is decent when sparring and pad work.

    I train boxing 3 days and weights/conditioning 3 days.

Boxing workout is usually 3 minute rounds:
    3 x skipping
    2 x Shadow boxing
    2-4 x Sparring or Pads
    4 x Heavy bag
2 x Floor to ceiling bag
    2 x Speedbag

Its your training, other people's opinions are irrelevant.

Your training should consist of what is required for you.

I don't know any boxer who only does boxing training, 3 days, but if it works for you, stick with it. The acid test is how you do during a real fight.
