nothing is more important than specific boxing training, sparring ,padwork and partnerwork are great, roadwork can help your recovery, but you must choose to run in a style that mimics the use of energy systems in boxing, so if you are fightiing 4x2 minute rounds, d 4 x2 minute rounds of running with 1 min rest, i think a sprint slow sprint slow measured tempo will depend on your fitness levels, but make sure to measure everything you can so you can aim to progress a little bit every session.

It's aerobic training. That is what you need stamina for, to increase your oxygen carrying capacity in order to recover from anaerobic movement quickly. Constant controlled circulation and regular breathing means you also learn to pace what is in your stamina tank.

I see roadwork more as a mental discipline thing, since it is something that most Boxers would try to shirk off. Try to change the route once in a while, because the same scenery can become an ordeal in itself.

aerobix training is neccessary, but when boxing is around 70-80% anaerobic you should mainly train specific, and remember the more aerobic you do the less exposive and powerfull you will be, you need to find the balance, research has proven this, for example people who start doing more aerobic running will lose height in their vertical leap, so you must find the riht amounts of each to suit your style and length of upcoming fight
