Roadwork routine

    I think running is good for two things relating to boxing:

    1. A light warm-up
    2. Interval sprints

    For my last fight, I only 'ran' once a week. And it was sprints. For conditioning, I did things like SPARRING. Wow, imagine that. Prepared for boxing by.... boxing.
