Lol at his advanced age Rob Brant is a high risk low reward fight.

Not the pay day Murata would have been.

Rob Brant never committed or called any fighter out which I think is smart. His next opponent will be carefully picked in order to get accustomed to fighting as a champion. After that, who knows.

Why should he have to box Charlo?

Charlo is less active than GGG and has fought an injured Heiland and a top 30 Centano.

There's options out there not just Charlo, Brant beating Murata is better than anything Charlo has done in the last 2 years.

 

Cahrlo still hasn't fought anyone at 160

I can see a GGG-Cahrlo fight now but I just don't like it because Charlo is untested at MW.

As much as I respect Brant for pulling off the upset, he ain’t a champ, we need to stop taking these regular belts seriously

 

Getting jobbed twice takes the joy away. Thats why Floyd has always fought for money. Its a bigger motivator than achievments.
