usually 2 ppv's in one day dont sell very well

plus adamek is a hbo fighter and they'll want to show him live, which they cant if pac-floyd is on in the same night, they cant do 1 broadcast in the evening and one at night.

    thats wouldnt stop it.

HBO can show that fight on tape delay as part of the Mayweather vs Pacquiao undercard.

I think they can market Adamek. Former champ on Haye's old patch, looking for a Klitschko fight himself - the winner forces the shot angle maybe?

They've got to be looking at Adamek so they can get some publicity on HBO. Haye needs that exposure.

they wouldn't make as much money showing it on tape delay as they would showing it live and on ppv.

It would only be one PPV, surely:nut

You'd have thought they'd show Haye v Adamek on tape delay before the main card starts in the states, or, more likely HBO would want Haye v Adamek live at 1am our time before the main portion of the PPV starts at 2.

Obviously we'd have a late start, but british promoters have bent over and took a right anal pounding by having fights in the middle of the night here before. And whatever HBO wants, HBO gets.:D

Though I can't imagine sky would be too happy with having Haye fighting so late, but if they are on air till 6am for FMJ v Pac they wouldn't mind that much? I'd guess 11pm or whatever would be too late for many to start watching a PPV over here.

HBO also wouldn't feature Adamek or Haye as a PPV. It would be a WCB show on their basic sports cable until they could build a fight. Also, they wont make Klit-Haye a PPV because both brothers are so tedious no one watches, but with Haye and a good performance in the US, they could get decent ratings.

Adamek has only being on HBO for the Arreola fight recently.

Haye-Wlad last year was going to be on WCB.

correct, it would have just been a regular HBO WCB or BAD.

Unless it was an undercard fight, though as relentless said-Floyd and Pac wouldn't let them have any of the revenue money.

Assuming that both parties are telling the truth about negotiations, the idiots on the General forum are more than justified to say what they're saying on this occasion. You can't get any more fair than what's been (allegedly) offered. All money into a pot, split it down the middle and be done with it. If Wlad has a contract with RTL, fair enough, he has to go with RTL and not another broadcaster. This doesn't mean Haye should get to keep all of the Sky ppv money. It takes two to tango and while I'm not saying that Haye couldn't do well on ppv with other fighters, and I'm not saying that Haye is a name only because of the Klits either. However, the Klit fight is the one people are interested in and it would do a whole lot better. Wlad's name would do a lot for the PPV numbers and it's only fair he get's his share. To blame K2 for this is just absurd. When you take everything into account including Haye's acomplishments at heavyweight compared to Wlad, the number of tickets he sells, the number of belts etc you can even say that Haye is very lucky to be getting a 50/50 split in the first place. I believe he should have taken it.

Now forget about the RTL vs other broadcasters for a minute and pretend it never happened. What would you say to a 50/50 split on everything then? Would you guys call that fair? I think so. Now just because we had the RTL vs other bidders thing and Wlad said he'd go with RTL that changes everything? To the point where Haye should get to keep 100% of UK PPV money? So just because of that, Wlad should make a huge concession and give up the UK PPV money? Sorry, that's ridiculous.

Let's hope Audley fight doesn't come off.

Guarantee Audley will lose next fight regardless of who he fights.
