I wouldnt defend it if I genuinly thought he lost that fight. I know Chambers landed higher % but he was so inactive that I cant give him many of the rounds. People show punch stats where Chambers landed a few more punches than Adamek as an indication of a robbery. Just this fact that they almost landed same amount of punches shows that this ISNT robbery.

I can recall a similar type of fight between James Toney and Vasily Jirov, where Jirov threw over 1000 punches but Toney landed MANY more, not just a few more punches.

Eddy Chambers was too INACTIVE and thats why he lost.

--Not a single sunday without Jack or Dee whining like bitches.--

Chambers did better job but it was close. Eddie has mad skills.

Im sorry IB but Chambers did not dominate. He was lazy in a lot of the rounds and was only landing the occasional counter at times. Adamek was bigger and forced Chambers back with aggression (all be it sloppy at times) doubled up the jab and had chambers looking at his corner.

If Chambers spent less time smiling and taking his eyes off the ball and more time forcing the fight he may have won (Split decision what with that one ******* judge)

Personally I had it 115-113 Adamek, The pole was just too big to beat with an injury (if legitimate)

I actually picked Chambers to win

I had chambers winning 9-3. Adamek did nothing but throw punches. It was Williams-Lara all over again. One guy just winging shots and eating leather for his trouble.

119-109 for either fighter is criminal.

    :patsch You idiot.

:patsch The point I made was that Chisora was constantly coming forward, and letting his hands go - Whether they connected or not. And for a much smaller guy, those stats are pretty good for Chisora.

But that DOESN'T win you fights.

And whether or not Adamek had a higher work-rate, does not justify the cards being in Adamek's favour, because he landed nothing meaningful on Chambers.

    :patsch Stop being a troll.

It's easy to abuse others when you hide behind an avatar of two boxers.

Why don't you put up a picture of yourself instead of hiding on the internet?

Or are you too ugly/un-employed to put up pics of yourself?
