That was the earliest he could stop it. Bakole hadnt tried to get a KO before that point.

 

In terms of the sustained assault I mean.

How did Michael Hunter manage to stop this monster?

 

Bakole’s trainer and manager (@billy nelson ) posts on the British forum. He claimed Bakole had some problems prior to the fight and is confident he would beat him should they fight again.

 

@billy nelson said that Bakole had personal issues that he should not have been in the ring that night

 

Hunter was badly outboxing Bakole, but he probably only got the knockout because Bakole had a pretty painful looking shoulder injury that rendered his right hand useless going into the last two rounds. He’s got mediocre footwork and is very hittable, but his punching makes me think of a high caliber matchine gun. Stand in front of him and you’re doomed.
