Rohan Polanco vs. Keith Hunter 8 Rounds @ Light Welterweight

 

Round 1 Hunter 10-9

Keith with the incessant grunting, jabbing non stop, landing wild rights to the head and midsection on occasion. Polanco very economical with his shots, but when he lands, they're huge, and it's usually with his left hook. Keith outworked him.

Hunter still jabbing, but Polanco taking over, marching forward landing vicious hooks and overhands to the head and body. Not respecting Hunter's power at all. Hunter trying to counter him, but he's missing and getting countered himself. Some nasty jabs from Polanco late.

Polanco **** talking while marching forward, just battering him at this point, nasty jabs and left hooks. A goose egg is starting to form under the right eye of Hunter. He hurt him with a right, then a left hook literally knocks a snot rocket out of Hunter. Vicious body and head shots raining down on Keith. This is getting ugly. That was almost a 10-8.

Polanco picking up where he left off, the stiff jabs to the chest are sucking the wind out of him, Keith has stopped moving as much, he fires off a sustained flurry. Little tippy taps to the body. Polanco letting him build his confidence, then smashes him with a left hook up top. Polanco eating a lot of punches here and showboating too much, but still his flurry late won it for him.
