Its the same story all over the world.
Okay, Japan is the exception. They like to betray their hometown fighters.

Algieri: “Those -5000 odds were a joke.”

I don't make excuses. I call out robberies regardless.

Again, robberies and corruption occurs everywhere but only one country in the entire world stacks the deck with a home ref and three home judges for world title fights between home and foreign fighters, and they even do it for undisputed fights sometimes too, and it's so commonplace it's almost the norm over there.

Happens near all the time in one country

    vs

Never happens in any other country

I'll explain it to you again with pictures and crayons if you like?

Your country stacks the deck with ONE JUDGE. The referee! How easy can it be to corrupt one guy, and so obviously.

Keep your crayons, I don't need them to see corruption.

One judge in a 10 round fight is just the epitome of hilarity.

What puzzles me is why the ref didn't hit Carrillo with probably deserved foul deductions if he was so determined to prevent him winning.

I suppose the answer is; if you aren't going to score an honest card anyways, why bother?

I always tell people this is why boxing is the easiest sport to bet. It’s the only sport where you usually win even if you lose. Lmaoooo

Actually we usually have judges and often we'll have one neutral, one home, one away judge, three neutral ones even, or at least not three home ones and especially for title fights between a Brit vs a foreigner.

I really don't see the ref scoring the fight much these days or near as much as it used to happen and I never liked it in the first place, especially if it was a Brit vs foreigner

Whereas, conversely, for the umpteenth time, they stack the deck with a home ref and three home judges for world title fights between a home and away fighter in the US so often it's almost the norm and guess what they do the same damn near all the time for non-title between a home and away fights over there too.

Neither do I and Brits are the first to call out robberies over here. Have you ever checked out the RBR threads in the Brit forum they go in hard on it

Non British fighters should not fight there unless they are 100% sure they can KO their opponent who very well could get a long count.

McCory is Facebook friends with tonight’s judge.

    No, I’m not joking.
