Rios is sparring but says he has no plans on returning back to the ring. Garcia says he is already back. Is he? Should he be? At what weight? Who should he fight next if he is back?

He's lucky he decided to duck The Special One™ over the summer because if he was as poor against The Special One™ as he was against Timbo, returning to the ring wouldn't even be an option.

Very true. Special K would have ended Rios that night. It wouldn't have been pleasant to watch at all.

Doesn't really seem like Rios wants to fight again at least not for a while and he shouldn't if he doesn't have the drive to get into fighting shape, he's probably not 100% mentally after the loss yet either. Rios needs to re-invent himself if he's gonna come back and be successful.

I hope he doesn't come back after his last half hearted effort he was fit to be in the ring and let down his fans and all the people that financially backed him to lose a UD

Top Rank will make him fight again. Arum has no other fighters at 147 besides Bradley and Vargas. Everybody retired lately, Manny, Mike, Brandon are out.

Could be. When Rios fought at 130/135 he normally walked around at 150/155 between fights. Now at 147 he walks around reportedly at 170. He was a crazy 200 pounds 8 weeks before his fight with Bradley. I think he is mentally over fighting.
