Wait, what the **** did Bam-Bam do again? that guy walked into the f'n shoulder and could do a damn thing. If ABril was forced to adjust than we might have seen something different, but if I am fighting a shout-out why would I change? I enjoyed Abril and even Molina's perfomance (which was not as not technically pleasing) and like I said they both deserve a rematch. Personally I do not know what all the crying is about by Rios' fans . . . the guy "won" :bart

I'm not really a Rios fan and I'm not crying. Just trying to point out the realities of PROFESSIONAL boxing and why the two judges scored if for Rios. All the people crying robbery are clearly ignoring quite a few recent decisions that went to the guy trying to make the fight. Abril was absolutely stupid for not using his so called superior boxing skills to close the show. If you are quite happy to leave it in the judges hands then be quite happy to accept their decision. :deal

 

Again I agree...I haven't seen any compubox stats, but Rios threw more punches and was hitting Abril anywhere he could (when Abril was running and holding).

The realities of why 2 judges scored it for Rios are simple. Rios's promoter put them up and made it clear that he would be the one who would win.

 

Blah, blah, blah. Offer one shed of evidence. Tampering with judges would effectively end TR Promotions and you know it. Two judges scored it a fight and Abril didn't even pretend to try. You do know judges are allowed to consider holding when they score a round. No?

 

I did not say you were a fan or that you are crying but in all honesty what you said is total garbage! Rios did not do **** the whole fight and I doubt even his mom would say he won the fight. Abril made him look like my 16 year old daughter, My daughter can be very aggressive but she does hits like a girl. That was by far the worse decision that I have seen in many many years. I really do not know what Bam bam was trying to do in there but it was not boxing and because Abril did not knock that fool out he deserved to get the short end of the stick?

Arguments can be made for Williams over Lara, Helanious over Gsora, Pac over JMM1,2 &3 but how anyone can judge that fight for Rios is completely beyond me. I do not use the word rob lightly . . . but if the shoe fits . . .:bart

Rios became Abril's ***** bro...not sure how else to put it...I'm mad at Rios for not being able to adapt..Rios has 0 versatility..just comes forward..he got beat and 93 percent of the people who saw this fight agreed.

And doesn't that say something sad about the states of Boxing? I mean a good jab should be a primary weapon in any fighter's arsenal and to see it missing makes me wonder about this guys training and level of skill! In fact when i see any pro boxer that doesn't have a good jab I wonder just what the hell type of "Sweet Science" these guys are being taught!
