it's troubling because it's a bit of a witch hunt - which i'm sure has been remarked upon before. with only quality hearsay and no true empirical evidence, mayweather's built a quality case. as a fil-am with family members who have benefited directly from pacquiao's charities, it may seem a surprise that i would agree he takes the test; not only do i wholeheartedly believe he is clean, but i would relish the opportunity to silence the entire spectrum of ardent and casual critics.
however, i also believe he shouldn't HAVE to. you're innocent until proven guilty and the argument here seems to be that he is guilty until he is proven innocent. speculation and rumors are powerful tools in their ability to stoke the fires of doubt.

its a catch 22..if he takes it, passes and loses..then that means he was on steroids for the fights he didn't test.

they ain't fighting..so time to move on folks.

While I agree, suspicions will be created in peoples minds simply because of the question, 'if you were innocent, why not agree to the testing?'

If you factor in the different explanations that have come from the camp (Pacquiao is afraid of needles, we dont want to use USDA etc)

It isn't hard for him to look bad
