At 130, here's my assignment for Guerrerro for him to qualify for Pac. The Ghost need to beat Valero, Gamboa. Soto and Guzman. 4 more fights lets see if he can Prove himself.

Though I think Linares is a sweet fighter from the one time I've seen him on TV, I don't feel all that confident talking about him. I like to see a guy fight live a couple times, and in training, before I get a sense of what he's about.

I've only seen clips of Valero, and read what a big puncher he is, but I'd be reluctant to handicap him with such sketchy information.

Vasquez, among the group you mentioned, is the only one I've seen up-close training and fighting. His heart, indomitable spirit and shocking left hook was evident to everyone in the gym before he got any press or the Marquez trilogy.

Embarrassed to say, I haven't seen all that many Asian fighters, so you need more of an authority than I am to wade in.

These fighters all Sparred with Pacquiao. All I really want to know is if you witnessed any of these fighters sparred against Pac.

What is your view on the incoming Diaz-Pacquaio fight based on what you have seen on Pac's camp (assuming you have been in his training camp)? ;)

Personally, I don't think Pac can take his power and stop Diaz.

I have been watchin Manny spar for Diaz, M -- against real quality southpaws who bring it -- and notice he's been workin' on a move that seems specially designed for Diaz (won't say what because the sessions were closed, and I'm sure Freddie and Pac would like it to be a surprise. We'll know tomorrow night)

I give Diaz more credibility than most; I think he's a very live opponent. Aside from his work-rate and grit, he's an unorthodox southpaw -- not all that easy to time, with a sneak lead left.

I think it's gonna be a much more competitive fight then everybody, outside of Chicago, thinks and, least of all, Freddie wants.

Exactly. Ghost loves to hit low. I used to watch him in his first fights on Fox Sports doing the same thing, even though he was comfortably ahead in a 6-rounder. Watch him get exposed if he tries any of the big names at 130. He would get outslugged by Juarez even.

I agree. I wouldn't be surprised to see a 7-5 or even a majority decision. Diaz isn't great, but Pacquiao will see that a swarmer with strength at 135 pounds will give him all he can handle, not to mention Diaz is a southpaw.
