After six weeks of hard work in the isolated mountains of Big Bear California, former two-time featherweight world champion, Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero, is entering the final days of training camp.

"I've been sparring with Sugar Shane Mosley and the knowledge he's been giving me is priceless," Guerrero said. "Shane is a great teacher and I'm grateful to be learning from one of the best fighters in boxing history. My weight is good and I can't wait to arrive in Houston. The final days are here and all the hard work and sacrifices will pay off come fight night."

Guerrero challenges current two-time world champion, Malcolm Klassen from South Africa, August 22, 2009 at the Toyota Center in Houston TX, televised live on HBO Boxing After Dark. On the line will be Klassen's IBF Jr. Lightweight title. Guerrero vs Klassen is the co-feature to Juan Diaz vs Paul Malignaggi. Guerrero is seeking his third world championship in his second weight class.

Tickets, priced at $250, $125, $70, $45 and $25, are on sale now and may be purchased online at www.ToyotaCenterTix.com, by phone at 1-866-4-HOU-TIX and at select Houston area Randalls locations. Tickets will be available at the Toyota Center Box Office beginning Monday, July 13th at 9am CT.

Both bouts, which are presented by Golden Boy Promotions, with Diaz vs. Malignaggi being presented in association with DiBella Entertainment and Guerrero vs. Klassen being presented in association with Branco Sports Productions, will air on HBO Boxing After Dark beginning at 9:45 pm ET/PT (8:45 pm CT). The evening of boxing is sponsored by QuakerState, Cerveza Tecate and Southwest Airlines. Doors open at 3:30pm and the first bout begins at approximately 3:45pm CT.

He looks big even besides Mosley. I wonder how moving up in weight will effect him.

    Was thinking the same thing.

He definitely can't blame an L though on the quality of his sparring.

Little bit of a belly, hope he burns that. Still have high hopes for him...if he gets by Klassen I don't see who else can topple him at SFW. :happy Really, very few competitive fights left to even be made until he moves up yet again...

Hmm. Prime Ghost vs. 37 year old Sugar..:think :yep

Well I guess we will see where he stands.
Either he finally has gotten his mind set back into fighting or he is still pre occupied by life outside the ring.

    People hold weight differently.
    I don't look 190 but I am. I probably look 20-30 pounds below that.
So I guess he can look bigger than his weight.

I can't believe Ghost made 126 before, he probably outweighs Shane based on both their walk-around weights.
