Would rather see Katsidis Vs Maidana.

Bar Guerrero unravelling under Maidanas pressure, which looking at him is a distinct possibility IMO, I see Guerrero working at mid-range with his snappy one-two and winning widely on points.

    :bump

Fight is on for August 27th!!!

Katsidis is moving up to 140 and after his homecoming fight he could face Morales later in the year :scaredas

I'm not really feeling this fight...think Guerrero will win comfortably.

guerrero is a top class fighter who can do it all and someone not alot of people want to test themself against because of his slick style, power and punch output.

i think people are probably reading too much into maidana vs morales, you got to remember that maidana was expecting to train with nacho but on the first day of training he was told he couldn't because marquez saw maidana as a future opponent. he ended up with perez (barreras old trainer) so he had to get used to another trainer and probably overlooked morales and never took him as seriously as he should have. maidana has a type of mentality where he thinks that if you want to stand and fight with me your getting knocked out, style wise he see's the smaller guerrero as someone willing to stand toe-toe who he can trade with and express himself.

as guerrero looked great against katsidis and maidana struggled past morales its right to see guerrero as a very slight favourite but nothing more. style wise we probably have a fight of the year candidate here.

What's the difference? It's not even that important but they could have easily called Álvarez vs Rhodes 'World Championship Boxing'. :yep

Maidana is probably one of the most exciting fighters in boxing...

WCB is for higher quality fights.

BAD is for up and coming guys who aren't big names yet. You can have BAD fights with titles on the line and WCB fights with no title.

It's all about the quality/reputation of fighters involved. And HBO put up more money for WCB fights than BAD fights.

Guerrero is going to pick Maidana apart and after the Morales fight i could even see Guerrero forcing a stoppage .

It will be interesting to see how Guerrero handles Maidana in comparison to Khan seeing that Maidana is Khan's premier victory so far in his career , that said ............ that statement could be irrelevant after Khan Judah :think

Guerrero will control with his jab and straight left. But the key punch in this fight is the left uppercut for Robert...and he has a good one.
